Chapter 8: Change

After the photos and speeches was the after party for all the graduates. Everyone left to go to the party besides me, Elena, Stefan and Damon "Where the hell have you been" Elena asked angrily she seemed different I grabbed he chin and tilted her head upwards. She hissed at me and her eyes turned red I backed away and put my hands over my mouth "oh my god your a vampire.." I looked towards Damon and he smiled my eyes turned violently red and I grabbed him by the neck "You turned her you dick I was meant to look after her and you killed her!!" Elena grabs my shoulder "Let go of him please Candice " Elena says. Stefan grabs my waist to try to pull me of I lose my focus all vampires senses are heightened and Stefan's touch made me feel warm and fuzzy. I lost my concentration and Damon pushed me of him I fell back into Stefan's arms and I got up quickly. I walked towards Damon and I punched him in the face "that's for Elena" I said proudly I start walking towards the exit until this painful noise hit all four of us were on the ground it was the witches they were doing some spell they didn't stop it got worse and worse until I saw a man he was holding a graduation cap and at vampire speed he throws the cap and slices all the witches heads off the pain stops and I see the man who saved my life it was Klaus. He grabs me by the wrists and picks me up our body's touch and he is inches away from my face. He leans in to kiss me but just before he does he grabs my head and snaps it. Then he pulls out a silver dagger and stabs it in my heart I shriveled up and then he drops my lifeless body on the ground

*Elena's POV*

"Noooo" I scream as Klaus snaps my sister neck I jump on him and attack him then Stefan and Damon join in.

*Candice POV*

I slowly open my eyes h-how am I alive I think to myself I got staged with a silver dagger how am I here. Then I open up my eyes widely and my body was back to normal I then stand up and I see Elena, Stefan and Damon attacking Klaus Everyone stops and stares at me mouths wide "what the hell" Klus said stunned "how are you alive?" Stefan asked "i-i-idont know I just woke up" and without a blink Klus is gone Elena runs up to me and hugs me "I thought you were dead!" "Sorry not yet" I said sarcastically and then laughed "So where have you been for the past month?" Elena asked while we all walked to Damon's car we all holed in me and Elena In the back and Stefan and Damon in the front he started the engine and we started going " I was in a mental hospital" I said angrily Damon slams on the breaks he looks at me for a couple of seconds and then bursts out laughing "Wow thanks" I then get out of the car and I start walking of I didn't get to far when a strong pair of hands grabbed me waist "Damon didn't mean what he said he can just be a jerk some times" Stefan whispered in my ear I turned around to meet eye to eye I grabbed his hand and me and him sat on a bench I turned around to see Damon and Elena in a make-out session. I grabbed the paper work about the mental hospital and showed Stefan I watched him as he read through my days in the mental hospital he gasped a couple of times. "Do you think it has to do with me coming back to life when Klus killed me" I asked curiously "I think it definitely has to do with you coming back to life" he smiled I smiled back we talked a bit longer about Damon and Elena and that Elena is siered to Damon "So how come I saw Klus brothers Finn and Cole?" I asked worried "Bonnie opened the other side like where supernatural creatures die, she was trying to get Alaric back for Damon" He said slowly "And now all the dead are back" I sit in silence "when does this close" I ask "Tonight 12:00" he responds "OK well we better get going " I say standing up and walking off "wait" Stefan says he runs up behind me and turns me around so were facing each other we look at each other and then I kiss him.
