Pagkagising ko, wala na sya sa couch. His baggage was already packed. I noticed a note at the center table.
Mag-impake ka na, aalis na tayo. And nga pala, susunduin daw nila tayo sa airport at dederetcho na raw tayo dun sa bahay natin. -- Rex.

I was about to chomped all of this food in the table when my phone rang.
"Dan dan da da dan --" I answered the phone. Istorbo. Gutom na ko eh!
"Kamusta ang 3rd day sa honeymoon?"
"Ikaw Abby, gutom na ko kaya pakainin mo muna ako."
"Eh di i-handsfree mo yang cellphone mo." May gana ka pang mang-utos eh wala naman akong ikwe-kwento sayo. Kinukulit talaga ako ng babaeng to.
"Oo na sige na para tigilan mo na ko."
"O sige, tell me what happened."
"Isang subo lang please?"
"Marriane naman eh." Sumubo ako ng steak.
"O, ano?"
Mahaba-habang kwento to. Tumingin muna ako from left to right to see na wala si Rex. Thank God.
"We stayed here in this f**king hotel. He gave me a dress for the party by night." I shove some steak into my mouth and slurped my drink. "I wanted to go to Disneyland but ayaw nya. Kinuha nya ang CP ko then I tried to call mom on the telephone here and he fell on me." Some shivers came out of my body. "We attended that stup!d party where there are many couples and were only the stup!d couple ones there." Magsasalita na sana si Abby pero binara ko sya. "He danced with me and slept beside me hugging me tightly." Feeling ko talaga magfe-freeze na ko dahil sa mga nangyaring yon. "He invited me to go stroll with his friend and pinaakyat nya ko mula 2nd floor hanggang 5th floor to see him and his friend. We drank some coffees alone and he walk me back to that hotel. Then that night, he let me to sleep alone to that bed and he slept into the couch out there. Okay na?" Whew! In-off ko yung handsfree.
"Wow, pwede ka nang maging story teller." I heard some familiar voice from my back. I was shocked to see who's at my back.
Damn it. It's Rex.
"K-kanina ka pa j-jan?"
"About a minute ago." What the -- I can hear Abby calling at me. "Marriane, oist Marriane!"
"N-narinig mo lahat?"
He freaked nodded at me. "What do you think you are doing, talking in your phone while eating. Tapos mo na bang iligpit lahat ng gamit mo?"
"Di p-pa."
"Umayos ka Marriane. I passed by to drink some water. I'll be off." He dashed off the restaurant.
"Marriane!!" Ang sakit sa tenga.
"Ano?!" I said, annoyed.
"Loka, kausap mo ko ngayon. Sino bang kausap mo dyan?"
"S-si Rex."
"Huh?! narinig nyang lahat?"
"Oo pero, hindi sya nagcomment about that." I sipped my drink.
"Eh di tuloy mo."
"Ayoko nga. Abby, magbagong buhay ka na. Wag kang mag-alala, hahanap ako ng lalaking makakatiis sayo. Maghintay ka lang." Without a word from her, I hunged the phone.
That will be shut up her for a while. Ang daldal ko! Ano nang gagawin ko? Baka isipin nya na isa rin ako sa mga babaeng naoobsessed sa kanya. GOD, I'M GONNA DIE!
