Chapter 7 [Bat Case]

Well after the whole Vampire death match and Rose almost killing part of the monster's population, we finally made it to the plane. Or should we say Leo's private jet. I find it kinda funny that Leo's so rich but isn't a stereotypical asshole. Instead he's outgoing and loving kinda cute, huh? We began hopping on the plane one by one each taking our luggage, well Leo and Rose argued about taking mines. Immediately when we all made it inside I was greeted by Dax and Max.

"SUR-PRISE SHORTY..!" Dax yelled surprising me. I jumped bumping into Max as he smiled.

"Dax!" I hugged her, "I didn't know you were going to be here." I let go of her, kindly taking a seat.

"Well me and Max are the pilots after all, you weren't getting rid of me that easily." Dax winks causing a blush to form, Rose and Jax seem to have gotten a little upset but I didn't exactly know why. So after about five minutes of us catching up we finally took our seats on the plane but something felt off. Almost as if there were some watching us, but who.

It's been a hour since take off, we decided to take Lily with us because we didn't know what Vexin would do to her. Funny thing is we're all going to the same place, Lily's going to be at least 6-7 hours away from us. Which actually isn't as bad as Leo makes it sound, I think Leo might have a crush on her.

Looking around I realized everyone was slowly becoming tired. Leo and Lily were sitting on the couch leaning their heads against each other. (Huh, aww how cute.) I looked at a sleeping Jax and Rose, but Rose was clearly uncomfortable. I walked over towards Rose nudging her a little she slowly moved and made eye contact with me.

"Yeah what's wrong?" Rose tiredly smiles.

"It's nothing, I just noticed you looked uncomfortable do you wanna sleep in the bed?" I whispered. I could see a small blush form on her face.

"W-What? O-Oh you don't need to do that it's fine really I'll stay here." Rose looks down.

"No," I shake my head.

"B-But," Rose tries to complain.

"No but come on," I sit my spell book down so I could help Rose up. After helping her stand she stood up and stretch until hearing a few satisfying cracks. I walked Rose to the bedroom and let her get comfy, after a moment of silence I decided to wait for Rose to fall asleep before I leave to get my spell book. After seeing Rose shift a little I noticed she wasn't asleep and more comfortable at that.

(Poor Rose, I feel horrible about what happened today. I hope everyone not mad at me, but more importantly I hope she's not mad at me. I mean I could have done something but I just didn't. Man, I so lame.) I frown. I looked at Rose's sleeping form and smiled. I move closer to her to tuck a strand of hair out of her face, smiling I slowly slide off the bed to grab my spell book.

I walk towards the door slowly opening it making sure the light doesn't hit her, to my surprise the yellowish lights were now a dark blue. (Wow, well at least I don't have to worry about waking Rose up with the led lights.) I smiled to myself. I walk towards the table and realized Zuzu's- I mean Azura's spell book wasn't there. (Wait? What the hell where's is it! I sat it right hear!) I walk over to Leo softly nudging him.

"L-Leo?" I whisper.

"F-Fuck your Chicken Strips," I groans half asleep.

"L-Leo," I shake him with a little more force.

"What, the... God is that you... I've always wanted to tell you.... I will forever believe in the art communism." Leo smiles. (W-What the Fuck?) I slap him.
