Chapter 34 [⚠️Father Daughter Time⚠️]

I frowned lightly as my father waved me over. "We need to talk about the thing, just not here." For a slight second his eyes darted towards Veronica than me and Kai'sa. "Come on," He began to walk through everyone to the door. "Leo!" Leo popped his head up from the sofa to see us.

"Wazzzam old man?" He smirked.

"Can you watch Valentine?" Veronica asked as if already reading my dad's mind. Valentine who was now wide awake began to screech and shake her head violently. I was slightly taken aback by her reaction and gasped.

"Why doesn't she like-...Ohhh~...yeah," Veronica stopped and immediately stayed silent. Valentine quickly flew to me latching onto my face as soon as possible and began shake her head Veronica tried to remove her but accidentally got bit by Valentine, possibly because Val though she was Leo. "You little!" Veronica quickly stopped what she was going to say next and frowned causing everyone else but Azula, Jace, and Alex to gasp. Valentine on the other hand just held onto me tighter than before causing me to silently frown, but that wasn't until I felt a drop of water fall onto my my cheek til I realized what was wrong.

"Are you really this upset about that?" Valentine nodded at Kai'sa while still holding on, only this time she was moving out of my face and onto the back of my head.

"Stay...?" I ask my dad curiously. He pitifully sighed and laughed.

"Sure bring the child." He waved as he walked over to the doorway holding it out for me and my mates. Veronica hissed slightly in what seemed like embarrassment but I tried my hardest not to comment on it as we walked out of the doors and into the halls. As we began to walk through the halls I could feel clear heat arising from Veronica towards Valentine and it was clear that Valentine noticed this as she would scoot closer towards me if Veronica would just so happen to lean closer to me.

"Veronica sighed as we thankful made it outside to the car parking lot where everyone's cars, well~, Leo's cars many sat still.

"Now that we're away from those them we may speak." I looked up at my father as I gently hopped onto Leo's least favorite car. Though I found, it funny that his least favorite car turned out to be my favorite.

"With all do respect what does this have to do with us? I mean I don't mean to be rude," Kai'sa whispered softly.

"There's a but," my dad blatantly in the stated. Kai'sa seems scared or worried to say the wrong thing so Veronica spoke up for her.

"But, we find it quite strange that you called us and no one else." She finished.

"I see," My father growled. "Well considering the two of you are mated to my daughter I believe this conversation should most definitely involve your behavior and actions. All of you," He hissed with agitation. Quietly I pinned my ears to my head in shame. Although, my father seemed reassuring about my situation.

"We...we're sorry sir," Both Kai'sa and Veronica bowed their heads lowly refusing the look up. Immediately I felt a wave of guilt pass through me, as it wasn't their fault I was stuck in heat.

"Sweetheart," My father whispered. "I'm not mad at any of you. Sure, I'm slightly disappointed you didn't think to tell me of the situation because now we've put ourselves in more risk than we should have, I'm still happy you're okay." He smiled gently at my girlfriends and then Valentine. "I personally don't trust any of the council members especially these 'newcomers'. That especially includes Ms. Akali. But otherwise that have fun, you're allowed to mate with whoever you please-..."
