Chapter 21 [Problems and Solutions]

[Up there is what Rex looks like but just imagine his fur is black with red eyes.]

"So what's going to be your decision love?"

"My decision?" I thought about it for a second. (She is right in a way, it's only going to last for one day. On top of that I at least know that I'll be a lot more safer with Vixen. I do put a lot of faith and trust into her.)

"Fine I'll agree to your terms but I want you know if Vixen will be okay?" I was refusing to make eye contact.

"Oh don't worry she'll be back after we make these terms final, then you can talk to Vixen all you want." She sits up slightly allowing little room between us. "I guess since you've agreed to my terms I should give your friend back. She slowly began to get it off of me sitting down next to me. She smiled once more as black fog set to engulf her body with a faint trace of a red light to be seen. Once the fog cleared itself Vixen was undoubtably struggling to get up, as she stood up she quickly fell back down. She tried once more but this time when she fell I was able to intercept her fall. She looked willing to stay in my arms for a few seconds most likely because she was slowly falling asleep but forced herself awake when the Headmistress started to speak.

"Now that this issue has been resolved we can..." The Headmistress paused looking over Vixen's shoulder. The whole room was in silence as they look at the damage caused by the vampire's fit of rage. "Never mind it seems as if this meeting must held...yet again," I could hear her growl the last part. As I was looking I noticed how much destruction one council member's anger could cause. She destroyed the entire Guild's Judgment Hall with ease but what made it more terrifying was that her fit of rage was definitely not over. Her face was slightly red while her fist were slightly balled up.

"Well dears I think we might have to call this meeting to a end, pity I was really looking forward to seeing the voting count." For the first time ever Helena didn't have her usual smirk or sadistic attitude. (Should I say something, I mean know magic but not their kind. Besides repair magic, elemental magic and several other things. Yet to be fair I could just say fuck it and take a break. Buuuuuuuuuut then again if I get this meeting over with now I might be left alone and to be honest that's a risk I'm willing to take.)

"Actually I know a little bit of repairing magic, it wasn't always my strong suit but it was decent enough to get me past my third year." I shy scratched the back of my neck receiving a annoyed groan from Lee.

"Oh great another magical girl." Lee grouches causing all of the females to glare or look away in disgust.

"You do realize every female in this council is a 'magical girl' right?" Phoenix held up small air quotes.

"And I'm sorry but didn't this female magical rabbit beat all of your asses? Sooo~ you lousy excuse for council members can kiss my fluffy a-" everyone had jumped to see Hopps' overgrown form she was most likely around 7 to 8 foot now.

"HOPPS!" I screeched as the two animal related men look at her with a death glare. "You know they can hear you don't say things like that, it's not nice." I ran up to her hoping she would transform back.

"Not nice? Not nice!? Screw them!" Phoenix had dropped her jaw for a moment but quickly caught herself. "What did they not just try to kill us?!" She growls

"Well technically it was just theses four." I gestured towards Phoenix and the men.

"That doesn't make it any better! How do I know I can trust them after what they did to you!?" She wailed.

"Hobbs dear," I sit down in front of her, "Ever since we've got here the nice Oni, Ms. Alex and Vampire been monitoring our safety." Hopps was trying to ignore me as she tilted her head away from me. "Not to mention I don't have my spell book," Hopps ears stiffen as here eyes widen. "Hopps I didn't heal you it was Ms. Sherena." I motion to the Witch, I smiled gently pushing myself off of the ground to stand.
