A knock on Mila's door made her look up. Lucy popped her head around the corner, "You ready for Lunch Mila?" Mila nodded and shut her laptop off. The two friends walked towards the cafeteria. They stood in line to get their food, Mila couldn't wait to see Lando again this afternoon.

"So how was your weekend?" Lucy asked Mila, Mila just shrugged. She grabbed her phone and opened her notes. "I was involved in a minor car accident yesterday. Fortunately Lando just drove by so he took me home." Lucy's face showed shock, "OH My god Mila! Are you alright?" Mila nodded, "Yeah, just shaken up." Lucy got a smirk on her face, " So is that the reason why I heard rumours of you arriving with Lando this morning? Did he spend the night?" Mila blushed and nodded her head as it was their turn to order their food.

"Hey girls. So Mila I heard that you and Lando.." Eve wiggled her eyebrows, making a suggestive comment. Mila shook her head, she already hated the rumours that had started, probably started by Eve herself. Mila rolled her eyes, "But I guess I can't blame you, I know how he can be.." Eve said and Mila frowned. Lucy could sense that Mila was uncomfortable, "well thanks for Lunch, Eve, bye," Lucy said as she tugged on Mila's arm.

They found a secluded table in the corner, "Spill, what happened between you and Lando?" Mila played with her food, Lucy grabbed her hand to make her stop. Mila looked at Lucy, "Lando drove me home after I went to the hospital for a check up. It was late when we arrived at my house, so Lando stayed the night. We kissed, but that is all, nothing else happened." Lucy smiled, "So, you like each other, that's good right?" Mils bit on her bottom lip, "I don't know, if what Eve said is true, she got together with Lando in the past. I wonder who else he got together with here at the office. And to think he asked me on a date." Lucy gasped, "He did what?!" Mils shushed Lucy, heads were turning their direction due to Lucy's loud voice.

"Lando, asked me on a date, but now I'm hesitant," Mila wrote down. Lucy sighed, "Why don't you just talk to Lando first, hear his side of what happened. For all you know Eve made the story a whole lot bigger than how it happened." Mils nodded and the two ate their lunch in silence.

After lunch, Mila answered a couple more emails, most of them asking for a interview with Lando. Mila checked Lando's schedule and planned some interviews. As the clock struck two, it was time for an interview, sky sport came for an exclusive piece on Lando. Mila was nervous to face Lando, he greeted her as she walked into the conference room. Mila just gave him a nod and sat on a chair on the side of the room, she grabbed her recorder and sat everything up.

Lando walked over to Mila, "Is everything alright Mils? Something feels off." Mila brushed Lando off, "We will talk after work, Lando." Lando's heart sunk as she called him Lando and not Lan, something was off. The interview started but Lando was distracted by Mila, he kept on looking at her. Mila was writing some emails while listening to the interview, making sure that only appropriate questions were asked. After the interview Mila grabbed her stuff and greeted the sky sport reporters and crew. She made her way towards her office to put some files away and grab her bag. Lando stood around the corner of Mila's office, Mila jumped as she saw Lando standing outside her office. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to scare you," Mila nodded her heart pounded, not only from Lando scaring her.

"Can we talk Mils?" Mila nodded and they walked towards Lando's car. The doors to Lando's McLaren were closed as Lando turned on the heating, the cold wind made their cheeks rosy and their fingers cold. Mila looked at her hands, not knowing what to say, she felt like she may be overreacting, they weren't together like that, she had no right to judge Lando. But Mila didn't want to be another one of Lando's puppets.

"Did I do something wrong?" Lando broke the silence. Mila shook her head no, but then changed her mind and nodded to which she sighed and shrugged her shoulders. She began writing, "Eve mentioned how you and her.. you know.." Lando got a confused look on his face, Mila wiped the board clean. "Eve? As in Eve from the cafeteria? The one who sleeps with every guy she meets?" Mila nodded, "She didn't exactly say it but she implied that you two had slept together. I just don't want to be the next girl in line Lando," Mila couldn't look at Lando, she was a bit embarrassed.

"Look at me," Lando said, Mila turned her head so she was facing Lando. "I don't want you to think that I sleep around, because that would be so untrue. Yes, Eve tried to hit on me but I turned her down. I'm quite embarrassed to say it, but I have never had a girlfriend, ever. I.. I'm a virgin Mila, so me sleeping around could not be anymore wrong than it already sounds. And like I told you yesterday, I like YOU." Mila released a breath she didn't know she was holding in.

Slightly embarrassed that she made Lando confess  he was a virgin. "Thanks for telling me Lan, just so you know, I never had a boyfriend before either. So we're even." Lando smiled, "And if I haven't made it clear with my jealous act, I like you too." Mila wanted to erase the last sentence but knew she had to be straight forward with him. "Good, then we can explore together." Lando said, which made Mila hide her face in her hands as she thought about the two of them.

"So, we are good right?" Lando asked, a bit unsure about their situation right now. Mila nodded her head. "And you stil want to go on a date with me?" Mila grabbed the white board and wrote in big caption letters, "YES!". Lando chuckled and grabbed his steeringwheel.

"So now that we cleared that up, how about I take you home? I know your car is still at the garage." Mila shook her head, "No, I will take the train, I can't let you drive me all the way home, again." Lando shook his head and laughed quietly. " you are very stubborn you know that? I can't let you take the train, that will take forever." Mil shrugged her shoulders and her hand went towards the door so she could open it.

"WAIT!" Lando almost screamed, Mila turned around again as she already had one foot out of the car. She looked at Lando with raised eyebrows. "Why don't you stay over at my place? Then you won't have to wake up so early tomorrow, it's the last workday tomorrow anyway." Lando surprised himself with the confidence to ask Mila to stay over. He didn't think he would move so fast with a girl, but Mila made him feel very comfortable. Mila hesitated but nodded eventually.

"Good," Lando breathed out. He started the car and they strapped themselves in as Lando drove away to his house. Lando handed his phone over to Mila so she could play some music, which made her smile. "I forgot to tell you, but I my younger sister is staying over. I know I should have told you sooner, I'm sorry. Mila nodded but got nervous almost instantly. She wasn't very good with meeting new people so she became a bit insecure.

After a short stop at the grocery store, they arrived fairly quick at Lando's house.  Mila was nervous about meeting Lando's sister, she wanted to make a good first impression but with her being mute, she knew she had to make double the effort.

Mila grabbed the bags from the trunk and followed Lando inside. "Flo, I'm home!" Lando called when they stepped into the hallway. Mila took her shoes of and followed Lando into the living room. She looked around and admired the house, it was a typical men's house, she wouldn't be surprised if his mom decorated.

Mila heard footsteps coming down the stairs. "Finally, did you go to the store? I'm starving!" Flo stopped in her tracks as she saw Mila. "Oh I didn't know you had company, you could've told me Lando." Lando scratched the back of his neck. "Flo, this is Mila, my new press officer. Mila, my sister Flo." Mila smiled at Flo, and Flo stepped forward so she could hug Mila.

"Oh you're the girl Lando was with yesterday. He ditched me for you." Mils blushed, not knowing if she was serious or joking. It also was kind of embarrassing that his sister knew he spend the night at her house. "Why don't you put the groceries away?" Lando said to Mila and she nodded, glad to get away.

"You have some explaining to do, mister." Flo said as they watched as Mila made her way towards the kitchen.
