Paw Patrol : Procrastinated

Chapter 9

It's almost 1 in the morning and after the rewrites, I'm still questioning if I should rewrite Cant Catch a Break, but also I'm probably gonna give myself a break. See what I did there. Nah but for real I'm gonna spend that time thinking of a story to write, you must be thinking "Uploader, you already think of stories." Yea but this time..... I'm going to plan it! I know I know. Every single story I've wrote in the past I just winged it hoping it would come out okay. So, I'm going to wing the next rewrite but after that I'm going to start planning a story.... I'll try to be giving more information at the beginning of new chapters aswell. I can only write so... well I guess... if I even write that good.

Middle of tha night

Chase looked out of his pup house. Everyone's pup house was shut. He tip ties out and slowly brings the door back down. He does a quick lap around the lookout to make sure nobody is awake.
"Hello." A voice said from behind.
Chase jumped and saw that it was Gasket. "Jeez you scared me." Chase replied with a whisper.
"I was waiting at the beach but I couldn't wait long enough so I came over here." Gasket said.
"That's nice I guess.... wanna head inside or still go the beach first." Chase offered.
Gaskets ears perked up. "Let's go inside, I wanna see that diamond... if you wanna show it to me." Gasket chuckled.
"Alrighty, I guess if you want to see it you can." Chase shrugged and led her inside.
They walked in. Gasket reached for the light but Chase stopped her. "We don't wanna wake up Ryder." Chase said letting her paw go.
Gaskets nodded and walked with Chase up some stairs. "So I heard you and some friends stopped a robbery." Gasket brought up.
"How do you know?" Chase questioned.
"Word get around quickly when robbers like them get caught." Gasket replied.
They reach the top of the lookout and Gasket was amazed by the view. "This is a nice place." She said looking out into the ocean.
"I guess it is, I haven't been up here at night in awhile... looks better in the snow." Chase said.
Gasket was mesmerized by the view. She could see on the reflection of the glass that Chase was looking at the diamond.
It is in a small glass box that stood atop a little wooden podium. "Woah... I've never seen one before." Gasket says.
"Oh... don't touch it because it has an alarm system." Chase informed. Last thing he wanted was Ryder knowing about this. "Let's take this to the beach, this is a little concerning." Chase said.
"Can we take the slide?" Gasket asked.
"I don't know, it see kin-
Gasket dragged Chase to slide. He didn't make one peep.
They tumble down the slide as loud as possible.
When they land Gasket was on top of Chase. "Oh.... this is awkward." Chase replied as their noses touch.
Gasket got off. They heard shuffling inside in the nearest pup house. Everest's. They stood completely still hoping she wouldn't wake.
They slowly backed away from the scene.
"That was close." Gasket exhaled. She started to question if she really wanted to steal the diamond. Living with Chase and the paw patrol seemed like a better life.... yet she made a promise to Dwayne to get back Hubcap. She brushed it off.
"So where did you get the diamond from?" Gasket asked.
"The princess gave it to us." Chase replied.
Gasket was confused. "Princess? As of princess of barkingburg?" Gasket asked.
"Yeah..." Chase replied... he wanted to ask her the

Big question.
He didn't know how to ask it. It seemed too difficult when all she talked about was the diamond.
"You know the queen of barkingburg?" Gasket asked.
"Yep." Chase replied.
"Neat... so who are you going to the Christmas ball with? You probably already have someone already." Gasket asked.
Chase lifted his head. If he learned anything from Zuma it was to be clever with replying and turn the reply into a compliment... in this case turn it into a question for her. "I already had someone in mind." Chase replied.
"Who?" Gasket asked.
"Well I haven't asked them yet and I'm pretty sure they are talking to a German Shepherd right now." Chase replied.
Gasket took a couple of seconds to to guess who it was... "oooh... it's me isn't it." She said.
"Yep, I uh was gonna ask you later tonight but now seems like a good time. Do you wanna go?" Chase asked.
"Definitely! I feel bad for the ones in the patrol!" Gasket replied.
Chase felt like he was blessed by whatever supreme being there was. "Really?" Chase asked.
"Yeah, I don't see why not." Gasket replied.
They continued their for a little longer as Chase blew up from the inside and Gasket learned more about Chase. (Here on out I'm gonna stop using the going on a walk because I use it quite a bit.)
