Hyping up groups

There's nothing wrong with it 🤷‍♀️

Now okay.

I know I said before I was an army that I got annoyed with the many people hyping up BTS and literally throwing them in my face... (seriously god forbid someone had a dumpling in their pfp suddenly the chain turns into 'yOu kNow BTS' 'yEs BTS bEst bOy bAnd' 'LEGENDS')

Yeah ngl I did get annoyed by that... overhyping does become annoying.

HOWEVER!

Now that I am a kpop stan in general (okay well I'll just say lover of kpop cause I only stan like 12 groups and there's a lot of kpop out there), I do understand the need to hype up groups. Especially ones that aren't as popular.

So while it may be annoying to see comments saying:  'ATEEZ never has a bad song' 'MOST UNDERAPPRECIATED GROUP IN KPOP.' 'BEST VOCALS/RAP'

In a way that's just expected of fans of any group 🤷‍♀️

Like we all have our biases and maybe it's annoying to some people when we 'don't accept weaknesses of our favs.'

I have been called blind/basic for liking vocals of some of my fav groups 🙄 like Jimin and Jennie. But in the end it's about what I LIKE. I'm not saying Jimin and Jennie are the be vocalists in kpop but if I wanna praise them then let me, let people praise their favs.

We all have biases, there's no 'wrong' answer. Someone can say 'NCT have the best vocalists' and can you disagree?

Yes. But that doesn't mean the persons opinion is wrong. We all have our favs and people should be allowed to say positive things about their fav idol or group without being called 'blind' or their group being called 'overrated' or 'unimpressive.'

If a fan says their group has no bad song, just let them be 🤷‍♀️ even if you disagree there's no need to drag them down. It's their opinion.

BUT PLEASE! Do not compare. Don't say 'this group is better than this group" because that just leads to fan wars and is an overall toxic mentality.

But there's nothing wrong with spreading your love of a group...

But ngl armies gotta chill sometimes 😬 not everything is about BTS.

But yeah, normalize appreciating groups. It's normal because we have our favorites. Not everyone 'stans' kpop and may only stan a few groups and they may hype these groups up but that's normal. In the end, let's learn our limits and just live in harmony 🙏
