Y/n's POV

Loki & I stand opposite eachother, the tension of our kiss hanging in the air. How could I do that? How could he do that?! "What the heck is wrong with you?!" Are the only words I manage to say. Steve... oh my god I disappear to keep him safe and then I make out with the man who's caused me to disappear from him. What kind of horrible person am I?

I stare at Loki waiting for an answer. Loki runs his hands through his hair and looks at me and smiles. "I'm just showing you what we could be if you just turned it all off.." The elevator doors open and Loki walks out, leaving me standing in the elevator. I hurry after him.

"Turned what off? What do you mean" I ask him, quickly walking beside him to match his long strides. Loki walks over to a computer screen, pressing buttons on the keyboard. He ignores my question. I quickly grow impatient and slam my hand on the table. "Loki what do you mean?" I ask again.

Loki walks over to a desk chair and invites me to sit across from him. I sit down, growing more impatient with every passing second. Loki sits down and crosses his arms, staring at me. "If you turned off your humanity Y/n, well we could dominate the world" He leans across the table to me. "Just turn it off love"

"My humanity?" How does Loki know I have abilities to control my humanity? When I was younger, I was exposed to the mind stone and it was one of the powers I got. But it never was useful to me. "And why would I do that?" I add.

Loki gets up and looks at the window, holding his fist up to his mouth. I barely hear him say, "Things would become a lot easier if you did, no one would have to get hurt" I shift uncomfortably in the chair. "What do you mean no one has to get hurt?"

Loki turns around and to me and gives me an evil smile. "What if I told you there was an air bomb headed right for the Avengers base as we speak?" My body turns cold. He wouldn't.. he just told me he's never hurt my family!
"Loki stop, you're bluffing" Loki walks over behind my back and leans down to my ear.
"Oh am I bluffing Y/n?"

I slowly turn around, trying to stop myself from panicking. "Loki..." He walks over to the computer screen and presses a button. He leans back in the chair and points at the screen. "It's getting very close look for yourself" No... NO

I jump out of the seat and push Loki out of the way. On the screen is a live video of an air bomb in the air. I read on the side 'Destination: Avengers compound' NO! I grab Loki by the collar and hold him against the wall.
"LOKI STOP IT RIGHT NOW!"

Loki smiles at me. "Turn off your humanity and I will" I let go off his collar and push him against the wall. "Are you serious?! What kind of sick joke is this?" I shout at him. Loki pushes me off him and I fall onto the ground. He gets on top of me and holds down my arms. He leans down to my face and whispers,
"Come on Y/n it's not that hard" I try to look up at the screen. It's getting closer and closer every second.

I struggle under Loki's grip. "Please Loki! There has to be another way!" I whimper, his grip beginning to hurt my hands.

"TURN IT OFF Y/N OR ELSE THEY DIE!" Loki threatens at me. I can see the A on the Avengers compound. I look back at Loki, his cold eyes staring down at me. "PLEASE LOKI" I beg. "JUST DO IT Y/N" There's no other way... I can feel tears blurring my vision. I have to do this...

I let my head fall back and close my eyes...

Loki's POV

I let go of my grip on Y/n. I can feel a coldness running down her arms. I stand up and look down at her. A few seconds pass and she finally opens her eyes. She looks at me, then at the screen of the recording I made earlier. Of course I wasn't going to bomb the Avengers compound... they don't deserve an easy death like that after what they did to me.

Y/n gets up and stares at the screen. She looks back at me. With a perfectly calm face she says, "Kill them if you want, see if I care" and walks over to the door. She actually turned it off...
