Seeing Spider-Man there made me nervous and excited. I wanted to talk to him about Peter, maybe he knew something more about him.

I tried to get closer to him slowly, so I wouldn't scare him. But he noticed someone was behind him and put his mask on quickly looking back at me.

"Woah! What are you doing up here and how?" He asked.

"Uh, I used the stairs?"

"Oh, right. Stairs"

"Not all of us can fly with spiderwebs" I said laughing.

"But why are you here? How did you know I was here?"

"I didn't know. I was just running away from some people and decided to come here" I said hoping he wasn't finding me weird.

Out of anyone, he would understand me and my powers. It's not like he was willing to share his true identity with me which I understand. He doesn't know me at all. Yet.

"Running away from people? Did someone follow you again?"

"How do you- Forget it. I'm sure you heard about that in the Avengers meeting. I don't know if any more people are following me. I just got scared"

"I thought your boyfriend was strong enough to protect you"

"Did Peter tell you about Steve and I?"

"Yes, he did"

"That was quick. What else did he tell you?"

"Nothing else. But I think you might've broken his heart. Just saying"

"I didn't mean to. Peter broke my heart too, you know? Many times"

"I'm sure he didn't mean it either"

"He makes it seem like he is doing it on purpose"

Spider-Man was always so defensive about Peter. I wish he could see that Peter makes mistakes and hurts other people too.

"Look, I have to go. Do you need any help?" He asked.

I couldn't miss this amazing opportunity.

"Can you take me to S.H.I.E.L.D HQ safely?"

"Are you afraid of heights?"

He held me around his strong muscular arms and started using his spiderwebs.

"Are you ready?" He asked before leaving the place.

"I guess I am. Wait-"

Before I could finish what I was saying, he left the top of the building and we started flying on our way to the top of S.H.I.E.L.D's.

When we finally arrived, I could tell he was laughing. Hopefully not because my hair looked like a mess.

"What were you saying?" He asked.

"Oh, nothing. I was ready, but not ready ready"

"I will pretend I understand what you're saying"

We both got in the building through the rooftop but ended up going separate ways.

Having this little moment with Spider-Man made me realise that maybe having a disguise wouldn't be so bad after all. I didn't have to be a hero nor a villain.

I could just walk around there pretending to be someone else and enjoy the good things in life just like enjoying sunsets on top of buildings. That way Spider-Man and every other people in suits would definitely see me differently.
