🌙 Chapter 3 🌙

(Unless I write down the timeline thingy, it's following the sequence of the anime)

Yutsuki Pov

It was the morning before the Snow vs. Adam beef at 'S', I was casually strolling around town, looking for ideas for my next project when I saw people crowding in front of a building.

It wasn't really rare for people to do so, but then the screen on the building suddenly changed and presented a calligraphy that says 'Repent and Make Efforts'.

"That was an AI digital giant calligraphy session from Mr. Sakurayashiki!"

'Ah- no wonder.'

I went to the side of the crowd and saw the announcer interview Kaoru. "Excuse me! Let me through!"

A kid with red hair yelled while getting stopped by the security man. "Cherry!" He shouted at Kaoru.

'Oh shit it's Reki.' I sneaked my way through the crowd, and pass the barriers, going just behind the security man and Reki.

Kaoru visibly flinched when he was called by his 'S' name while in his normal persona as he denied the fact that he knew Reki.

"Tell me about Adam!! Cherry! Cherry! Cherr-!!"

I slapped Reki at the back of his head, he looked at me with a surprised look then changed with a look of betrayal since I have never hit him before. "Excuse me officer, I'll handle him."

The security man let him go after a good second of doubting me. Kaoru quickly snatched Reki from me by pulling his hood, reminding me once again that this man was a former delinquent.

"Oh? This boy may be suffering from heat exhaustion! I'll take him to the shade and have him rest!"

He grabbed my hand and pulled me along with Reki, away from anyone's view. 'I'm sorry Reki, I never reminded you not to piss off someone with a history of being a yankee..'

A clear, hurtful sound was heard when Kaoru smacked Reki using his fan, followed by an 'ow' from the poor boy.

"The rules of 'S'..."

Reki was kneeling in front of Kaoru who didn't look happy at all, well, neither of them was except for me. 'Oh look, a cat. And another one.'

"Once off the mountain, mum's the word." Reki answered, reciting the main rule of 'S'.

Kaoru jerked Reki's hoodie again, "Are you trying to fight me? 'Cherry Blossom' is my name reserved just for that place!"

"I'm begging you! Tell me more about Adam!" Reki pleaded.

"Why didn't you ask Yutsuki?" Kaoru said pointing at me while I was playing with two stray cats.

"The only thing she tells me is that he's a disgusting skater! I already know that!"

The older male let out a sigh, I spaced out while playing with the cat's fur. Despite being strays, they sure are chubby.

'Maybe someone's feeding them? Kind souls~' I felt a soft tap on my shoulder, I turned my head and saw Kaoru with Reki right behind him.
