Why would she stay with him? It was wrong to be with him. Any sane person would never actually be with him, this was ridiculous. Of course, she would not directly say that to him, if she did, her head would be sliced off her body. Sukuna didn't actually want to say that, it made him feel like he was putting himself on the same level as her, which wasn't the case.

The fact that he said it in a very calm tone worried Y/N. She still was not used to this sort of treatment that he gave her. She thought about it for a while, after that horrible situation the previous day, he was much nicer to her, it was great, but it was off. His attitude was off. Her God was not supposed to act like that. He was supposed to dominate her, but she rather not have him do that. Him acting like this every once in a while was not too bad.

This led to the question, did he care for her? There was a slight hope in her if he actually did. Maybe this was a chance, if she could get him to care for her even more, maybe she could save hundreds of lives in the process if she turned him into a better person. It was a brilliant idea, a smart one, but it was also a very difficult task. She didn't even know if he was capable of having those kinds of feelings, from what she'd seen so far, he's been the opposite.

But maybe this little change may bring some good in the world, and maybe even hope. If she was able to change him, she would be the light of many people's lives. But was she up for the challenge? She didn't know. She wasn't physically made to handle him, but maybe she was able to handle him emotionally. She didn't know the effects she had on him, if only she knew what power she held over him.

"What do you mean? I don't seem to understand your demand." Y/N questioned him further, she really did not understand his statement. Maybe she misheard him, she just wanted to clarify whether or not she heard him correctly.

Sukuna rolled his eyes. Was she deaf? He never stutters. What he says is what it is. Nothing more or else. Maybe he should elaborate himself more just for her. "I don't want you getting injured." This was it. Was that really true? He's already hurt her many times, why change? He clearly looks like he had something up his sleeves. But Y/N could not tell.

He could be being genuine, he sounds like he was. But it was easy to manipulate someone by just changing their tone of voice. It was uncanny. Her mind kept going back and forth, she really did not know what her final decision was. She was leaning more towards the side where he was actually being genuine. She would come to regret this later if she decides to accept this. It would be foolish to make this same mistake. She's already created many problems for herself, why make it worse? But the goal was simple, save the world. Just a few changes could make a big difference. If she could do this, it would make such a dramatic change, a good one too.

What was her final decision? Maybe just one more chance. One more chance for him and for her. She had no option but to succeed. And when she does, what was next for her? Will he stay by her side, or will he eventually betray her, or even go as far as to kill her. Most of the outcomes were painful, but that one ending didn't seem too bad. Was this her fate? Was her fate was to become his? Who honestly knows. But there is one thing that should be outlined, curses are never supposed to be with human beings.

Y/N still did not understand the concepts about curses, but she knew it was important, she was living with them. It would be best to understand what they are more. And when she does, she could use it against him. It wasn't a full proof plan, but it was something to go by. To start off, did this place have a library? Or even someplace with some important information? There had to be something within this massive shrine. There was no way that every single room was filled with empty spaces, there had to be something in them.

Sukuna and Y/N stood a few feet apart and silently loomed over them. They never can seem to hold a proper conversation, it was too awkward for the both of them. Without a single word coming out of Sukuna's mouth, he headed off into an unknown direction, and she followed behind. They were going back in the direction they came from.
