As soon as the three students headed back to the school, they all sat together and examined the objects in front of them. "Should we go tell Gojo-sensei?" Yuuji asked unsurely. "What kind of a question is that? Of course we should, remember we may be dealing with Sukuna and another entity." Megumi replied quickly. Yuuji nodded his head. What they had in front of them was a bittersweet note and a feminine hairpin, such a weird combination. This was something a lovestruck person would have, yet it somehow had Sukuna's cursed energy tied with it. Yuuji didn't really take in the situation from the festival, he just shrugged it off so easily without any questions. Nobara and Megumi were the ones who shook him up to open his eyes to understand what he just did, and it clicked. Yuuji, who was sitting with his friends at the table, stood up and let out a loud yelp. "What did I just do!" Yuuji took both of his hands and placed them on the sides of his head. "That's what we're asking you, idiot." Nobara stood up and slapped the back of his head. Yuuji let out a small ouch at the pain. "Also, you asked Sukuna if the note was his, but he didn't answer. Why'd you ask him? There is absolutely no way that curse wrote it." Megumi countered. Yuuji shook his head.
"No. I'm sure this belongs to Sukuna. Think about it, Fushiguro. If I wasn't combined with Sukuna, then I'm sure I wouldn't have been able to touch the note. I felt it. His powers unlocked his own curse on the parchment." Megumi's eyes shot open, Yuuji had a point. "But why would he lend you his powers? Especially for something like this? I doubt that he wanted us to see it." Nobara asked. "I don't think he wanted to, I think something went loose and it just happened. You get what I mean?" Yuuji waved around his hands hoping to get them to understand. "No." Megumi and Nobara replied in unison. Yuuji sighed. This was only just a theory. "Since we have no confirmation, I'm going to assume that the note is absolutely not his." Nobara concluded stubbornly. "Well, let's try asking once more. Hey Sukuna? What's your relation to all this stuff on the table?" Again, no answer. They all sat down in silence. Yuuji scratched the back of his head in frustration. There was nothing to go off from, they were stuck. The parchment was a lucky find, how would they be able to put this mystery together? The bigger question was what on earth were they even searching for in the first place? The pieces that they have now don't even fit together.
Yuuji calmed himself down. He took a deep breath to stay calm and collected. Yuuji was curious about Sukuna's powers, he used them on the note, so what if he tried using them on both the objects? Yuuji held the items in his hand while Megumi and Nobara watched him. "What is he doing?" Nobara whispered to Megumi, hoping he would know the answer. "I don't know." Yuuji closed his eyes, and he let out his cursed energy. Blue fire surrounded him, not only did that happen, but also Sukuna's cursed marks appeared on his skin. Nobara and Megumi jumped away from the scene and prepared to attack him. But nothing happened. Yuuji didn't open his eyes nor did he move. He was like he was in an unconscious state. Currently, no soul was fulfilling the body, Yuuji invited himself to Sukuna's domain. "Brat, what are you doing in here?" He sat on his mighty throne awaiting for his answer. You never replied to my question. I came here despite the danger of finding out the truth." Yuuji maturely replied. Sukuna smirked. "Well you won't find anything here. Be gone, boy." He waved his hand in a dismissing motion.
The sounds of silence filled the room, and Yuuji kept his cool. Once more. He closed his eyes, but this time, something unexpected happened. Flashbacks, they were memories, but they did not belong to him. He saw a scene where there was a woman on her knees in front of... Sukuna. Yuuji couldn't see her face clearly, it was all faded out. Another memory showed the same woman getting hurt, and that also affected Sukuna. And the last vision he was shown was something he would have never expected. "-You're only supposed to die when I say you can. Don't be stupid! Wake up goddammit!" Sukuna yelled and that led him to let out a scream, a painful one. Yuuji opened his eyes. He was no longer in his domain, but back with his friends. The fire surrounding him died down and so did Sukuna's cursed marks. "Itadori!" Nobara yelled at him from quite a distance. "What were you doing?" Megumi looked at him with a worrisome face. Yuuji looked at both of them with a serious expression. "I saw something. Flashbacks, memories. They weren't mine, but Sukuna's." "What?" Nobara questioned. "Sukuna, I know you're going to want to hear this. I saw a woman with you and you two seemed quite close. But she died, didn't she?" Yuuji pressed. "Look Sukuna, you're tied into this whether you like it or not, but I'm going to need you to work with us." No reply, Sukuna did not say anything. "I'll make you a deal, you can use my body for more than a minute if you just tell us what is going on." Yuuji offered. "Are you crazy?" Nobara exclaimed, but Yuuji didn't comment back. "Deal." Yuuji's cheek moulded into an eye and a mouth, Sukuna agreed to this condition.
