~Bailey's POV~:
We have been at this winter carnival for about three hours now so it's around 6 pm. It's not even cold out here considering it's 57 degrees Fahrenheit but all of the boys keep complaining that it's freezing and that they are going to freeze to death any second now. Ava and I are just laughing hysterically at how wimpy they are because it's probably the warmest weather we have been in since September.

At this point Michael has played every arcade game he could get his hands on, we have all eaten way to many foods that have been fried in the greasiest of deep fryers, and we have all experienced the horrifying smell and sight of portable bathrooms, or porta-potties if you will...

After our 3 hours of fun we are all pretty tired but I'm going to force these idiots to do one last thing.

I don't care how many times they'll whine, or how many times they are going to refuse, I'm getting them to participate in this one thing because tomorrow night I'll be gone. Ava and I will be on a plane right after their concert. The thought still saddens me but I'm not going to think about it much.

So now we are all walking towards the ice-skating rink. We went up to the skate rental booth to rent some skates before getting on the ice. It was quite the sight, watching the four boys try to ice skate. Luke can't stop tripping over the ice, he's such a clutz, and Ashton is okay it seems but it's always a difficult activity for beginners. Calum and Michael have both given up already, they said this is way too difficult and that they looked ridiculous after only being on the ice for 5 minutes. I feel like Luke is only sticking around to be with Ava, but the reason Ashton is still trying this out is oblivious to me. It's probably because he's doing well at it? I really don't know.

After that last little adventure we finally headed back to the hotel. Luke needed help walking back due to all of the bruises he received from skating, luckily for him there was a van waiting at the carnival's entrance to take us back so he didn't have to walk too far.

We got in the van and we immediately found our seats, the usual: Ava, Luke, and Michael sat in the back row while Ashton, Calum, and I sat in the middle row. I sat closest to the right door with Ashton in the middle and Calum sitting next to the left door.

Once again Ashton's thigh was pressed against mine and I did my best to try not to notice. It's a normal movement due to the lack of space in the car but I can't help myself from feeling the need to have him closer. I just...really think that I might have feelings for him. This is a bad time for that though due to the lack of time...I know it's not worth it in the end but I can't stop this feeling of that need to have him by my side...I have feelings for him that's pretty obvious now. Gosh I sound so irritably cliché at the moment, it's ridiculous. I've gone all lovestruck just by his thigh being right against mine...ridiculous.

My head is leaning against the window as we cruise down the freeway, watching cars zoom past us on the opposite side of the road. It was now around 8 pm and the sun was setting. I admired the various pinks, oranges, and yellows that took over the sky. Why are my thoughts so cliché today?

I felt Ashton squeeze my hand lightly just as I had closed my eyes. My eyes opened once again, slightly shocked at the movement, but I contained any abnormal reaction and just turned to face him. "You okay?" He gave me this concerned look as if I had just thrown up or something.

"Yeah Ash I'm fine. Why do you ask?" My eyes were still focused on his but he had moved his gaze back down to my hand where he was still managing a light hold onto it.

His grasp was released as his eyes looked back up to meet mine, "You seem a little sad I don't know...thought maybe you might be thinking about tomorrow..." I was thinking about it, a little, but I was mostly thinking about him. Wow I couldn't get more cliché today huh?
