Levi X Reader 3

Ch. 26: Good Night

"Did you agree to it?" you ask a bit nervous as you listen to the silence.

"What do you think? " Levi questions.

You prop yourself up on the mattress with your arms, and look at him,
" Give me an answer, not another question!" you slap your hand on his firm chest. You sit up from the bed, ready to get off the bed, "If you agree to Jean's request, I'm sleeping in Furlan's room!"

Then you feel Levi grab your wrist, pulling you back abruptly. Then his hand on your waist as he turns around and push your back onto the mattress. Levi hovers above you, as you look up at him.

"Don't jump to conclusions now, my dear wife." he says, his grey eyes dawns sternly on you as you look up at him. Levi's fingers comes up to your cheek to brush a strand of hair off you face.

He leans down close to you, his breathe slightly tickles your skin as he speaks, " Of course I didn't agree. Unless you want me to f*** you up against a wall, because he touched you."

You blush at his words, then wrap your arms around his neck, pulling him into a hug as you hide your embarrassment.

"Then..what did you agree to?" you ask, as Levi wraps his arms behind your back and takes you into his warm embrace. His face slightly nestles in the crook of your neck, as you feel his breath breathe against your skin.

"I told him that I won't be taking any requests if the reward involves you. But anything else is fine." Levi sighs as he lay comfortably on top of you as the both of you wrap yours arms around each other.

Levi lay down on his side onto the bed and pulls the comforter to cover the both of you once more.

"Enough about that brat. Let's get some sleep." Levi says with his eyes closed.

"Mmh" you sounded in agreement.

But before the both of you drift off to sleep. Levi asks you a question.

"______..?" Levi calls out your name softly.

"Yeah?" you reply.

"Purple or Pink," he asks.

"What?" you question.

"Just pick one," he says.

"Um...Purple." you answer, you didn't ask any more questions since it felt like Levi wanted to keep something a secret.

After the question that night.

Levi got really busy.

After having breakfast with both you and Furlan, he would often say he has an early morning meeting.

In the afternoon, after you had picked up Furlan, Levi would find you and Furlan in the middle of a chore or helping among the scouts with paperwork.

Then at night, he would say that there're things he needed to do or that he had a night meeting with Commander Erwin or Hange, so the both of you should go back first. Then he would come back for dinner in a very tired manner.

But he would never forget to clean up the living area or never forget to tuck Furlan to bed, or never forget to show you some kind of affection before residing to bed.

This happened for a whole week.

You don't know what he's up to, but you didn't like it that you only get to see him briefly each day.

You don't want to confront him on this matter. And decide to let it slowly drag out, as he continued his day to day meetings for the second week. You want to have faith that he wasn't doing anything...odd behind your back. And let him finish. You know that when he's done, he will be coming back and spend more time with the family.
