The next morning, you and Levi walk down the cobble stone paved street with Furlan holding both of your hands as he skips. On the way to drop Furlan off at daycare.

While enjoying a moment as a family, both you and Levi cautiously glance around your surrounds for anything that may spike a suspicion.

Once Furlan is safe in the premise of the daycare center. The two of you walk back to his office. Levi unlocks his office door, and as he takes a step in, you hear the sound of crumpled paper, sounded underneath his boots. Levi lifts his feet up and there on the floor is a piece of paper.

Levi statres at the paper on the floor, and bends down to pick it up into his hands. Levi unfolds the paper in his hand, as you look over his shoulder, while he reads it aloud for you to hear.

"The same place at 7 tonight. Come alone or someone you hold dear will be taken"

The both of you immediately thought of Furlan at the daycare center. Levi glance back at you as you know just what he was thinking.

Levi really wanted to crumple the paper in his hand out of anger, but instead he folds it neatly in his hand and stuffs it into his jacket pocket and grabs you by the hands. Locking the door to his office, before pulling you along to follow him down the hall.

"Where are we going?" you ask.

"Let's meet Erwin, before we make a move," Levi says as the both of you hurried on your way to Commander Erwin's office.

Levi knocks on Erwin's door and opens it, walking in without waiting for a response on the other side of the door. Erwin looks over his shoulder as he carries a stack of books in his arm, organizing them onto his office bookshelf.

"Levi, is something the matter?" Commander Erwin asks as he continues to put the books onto the bookshelf. Levi leans against the side of Erwin's study desk as he says, "Whoever is trying to meet up with _____ is threatening us this time to meet them tonight at 7, and if _____ doesn't come alone, Furlan might be taken."

You glance at Levi obviously frustrated as he look down at the paper on Erwin's desk.

"What do you think we should plan to do?" Erwin asks Levi to express his opinion on the matter.

"I think I should let her go alone...but" Levi takes a glance at you, as he continues to say, "I'm afraid something might happen."

You frown at the situation and speaks up, "I'll go meet them tonight. They're too cunning and they will know if you are around. I feel like we're beening followed unnoticed everywhere we go in public." You look at Levi as you lay a reassuring hand on his arm, as he looks back at you, "I'm stronger than I look."

Levi's expression softens a bit as he looks at you, "I know." he says.

Commander Erwin finished his task at hand and crosses his arms across his chest as he looks on at the both of you. "I agree with your choice, _____. The more straightforward we get through this, we will have our answer. Even if we can't be around you, you should take a flare gun with you just in case. Use it when necessary."

You nod in agreement.

That night, Furlan was brought back safely from the daycare under Sasha's care. As you set off back to the church in Yarckel district, while the others stationed themselves within the premise of Yarckel district but quite far from the church but not too far to reach as they await your signal if you ever fired that signal gun which you hid under your jacket.

As the church comes into view, its stone grey stone walls glows with a tint of blue under the moonlight. One side of the door slightly opened, as you pushed it to open further and glance inside. There was no one inside and its interior was lit by candles sitting on copper candle stands that stood by the pillars of the church.
