Ch. 8 Christmas (Part 2) (Lime)

Commander Erwin gave everyone a day off on Christmas, that's why you, Levi, and Furlan are going out for breakfast.

You were walking blindly, full of joy inside, as you walk while holding one of Furlan's hand, while Levi holds Furlan's other hand. Furlan swinging his whole being up into the air as you and Levi lifts him up by the hand and puts him down.

Furlan giggles happily at the rush he feels.

You were looking down at Furlan, when Levi stops in his steps. You look up at him, your eyes follow his gaze to a fairly well decorated exterior of an inn. It had white walls with brown wooden posts and each window was decorated with a window box full of blooming flowers.

"We're having breakfast here?" you ask Levi as he pulls the two of you to step foward.

"Yes." Levi says. Furlan excitedly let go of both his parents' hands and runs up the stone steps and into the lobby of the inn. You watch with a smile as Furlan skips into the lobby, curious about everything as he gazes at the interior of the inn.

You feel Levi's arm wrap around your waist, the side of your hips buck onto the side of his hips, as he pulls you close. Levi leans close to your ear and says, "And this is where we'll be staying tonight."

You look at him as he guides you into the lobby, " Sasha will come pick up Furlan in the afternoon. Then she'll bring him back tomorrow."

You glance at him once more, and as if he knows what you're thinking. He says, "She volunteered, I only asked if someone would find me a suitable babysitter."

You chuckle as you thought of Sasha.

Once inside, a waitress lead the three of you to the dining hall and sat yourselves down at a table.

After breakfast, the three of you go for the small pony ride the new troupe had set up for the morning events, it's more like you and Furlan rode ponies as Levi watches from the side.
The people rush here and there to prepare the events they'll be doing for tonight.

You laugh at the sight as Furlan's eyes sparkled at everything he sees.

Thereafter, the three of you go to the special Christmas market set up along the roadway, just outside the inn. You didn't buy anything since you've already spent some amount on the Christmas presents. Which you have brought along with you for this trip, taking the chance that you might meet some of the fellow cadets on this festive holiday.

In the afternoon, you had a small lunch at a nearby cafe and watch the troupe's early performances. By now, Furlan was feeling sleepy as he snuggle in Levi's arms as Levi carry him around. You look at them with a warm smile.

Soon reaching the front of the inn. You see Sasha with both her hands waving in the air. Furlan wakes up from the sight of Sasha and happily grabs at her hand as he got close.

"We're having a sleep over tonight Furlan!" Sasha exclaims, as Furlan looks up at her with his big grey eyes. Levi passes Furlan into Sasha's arms.

"Really?! Mommy, can I?" he gives you a wide grin as he says.

"Of course." you say.

"It's Christmas, anything you wish should come true." Sasha chimes happily.

"Oh, wait Sasha. I've got your present. Wait a moment." you rush to your hotel to retrieve the Christmas present you bought for Sasha and quickly run down the stairs and back to where they're still standing outisde the inn.

"Here." You hand Sasha her gift with a big smile.

"For me?!" Sasha chuckles and hugs you with half of her body, since Furlan is in her arms.
