Ch. 9 : Play (Lemon)

In the hotel room,

Levi glances at you standing by the table, enjoying your hot chocolate.

"Let me have a taste." he says, as he stands next to you. You hand him your cup. But you feel his lips on yours instead. His hand lightly press your head in to deepen the kiss, as he tastes the chocolate in your mouth.

Once his lips parts yours, you give him a playful slap on the forearm, as you look at him with a slight blush.

Levi smirks at your reaction and says, "Too sweet for me, I still prefer tea."

Levi wipes away the chocolate off his lips with his thumb, rinsing his mouth and fingers at the sink before walking over to the window and closes the curtains as its pitch black outside and there was nothing to see.

Levi calls out to you, "_____." You finish your cup of hot chocolate, letting the last drops drizzle into your mouth as you tilt your head back.

"Yes?" you suck on your lips a little and lick the chocolate off your lips, you take a glance at Levi as his grey eyes gazes at you.

"I thought you said you had another present for me." Levi says as he sits onto the wooden study chair he had turned around facing toward your direction, so he could watch as you walk around and do your things.

You stroll to the bathroom to wash up the cup you had just used and proceed to brush your teeth as you look in the mirror, "You have to look for it." you half shout, still brushing your teeth.

Suddenly, you see Levi leaning against the doorframe of the bathroom entrance. "Look for it?" Levi questions as he leans the side of his head onto the doorframe, "Can you at least give me a hint?" he says, as he looks at you through the reflection of the mirror.
You glance back at him through the mirror as you continue to brush your teeth.

You rinse your mouth and pats your face with a towel. "Yes and no, no hints." you reply. Levi lifts his body off the doorframe and walks toward the study chair while taking off his jacket. He had a white dress shirt with brown leather suspenders clasp on to his black pants.

You step out of the bathroom, and stroll to the closet. All the while glancing at what Levi is doing. He's standing in middle of the room with his arms crossed over his chest, actually thinking and looking around the room for his present.

You chuckle lightly, not for him to hear as you quickly retrieve a towel from the drawer, your change of clothing and calls out to him, "Levi, I'm going to take a bath."

Levi replies, "Okay." as he sits on the side of the bed and ruffles his fingers through his hair.

"Tell me if you find it." you say before closing the bathroom door. You bite your lower lip to subdue the chuckle that was about to come out of your mouth.

Levi is seriously looking for his present in the hotel room.

While you're taking your bath. Levi continues to sit on the side of the bed, staring endlessly in front of him.

Suddenly, his gaze shift to the bedside table with a drawer. He reaches for the handle of the wooden drawer and pulls it open.

Inside there is a book. Levi raises his eyebrows, picks up the book and flips it in his hand.

He glances down at the hard leather cover of the book.

Title of the book, "The Holy Bible"

Levi blinks nonchalantly at it and puts it back into the drawer, shutting the drawer with a push of his fingers.

He had looked everywhere, but he still couldn't find his present.

Levi let out a sigh, and leans back, laying on the bed as he gazes up at the wooden ceiling.
