Ch. 33: Honey (Lime)

The carriage took the two of you away from the bustling town. Made a turn on the road, and pulls up to the train station.

You gaze at the wooden structure, much in awe, as you look at the steam train parked on the tracks, awaiting his passengers to come abroad.

The coachman gathered the gifts into a bag. And carried another big bag from the back of the carriage. Placing the two bags on steps of the carriage, after the both of you had stepped out.

"Levi, are we taking the train?" you ask, looking shyly around as people started staring at the both of you still in your wedding attire. You grab the umbrella hanging on the side of the coach, opening it, and pivot the umbrella to the side so the others couldn't see you as you continue to stand next to the carriage. Waiting for the coachman, who went to get your train tickets.

Levi cups his hand on your cheek, to turn your gaze to focus on him. "Don't worry, since we'll be travelling a long distance, I manage to get us a private coach."

"That must be hard to get,"you say.

Levi gives you a slight smile, as he draws his face close to yours, you gaze at his grey eyes as he speaks, "For you, I'll get what I want by all means."

You slap your hand on his chest with a light blush, you glance to the side as your other hand holds the umbrella tightly in your hand, "Stop being so intimidating, while looking this handsome in front of me."

Levi slightly smirks at your expression as he cups his fingers under your chin, tilting your head up, so you would look at him  " Is my wife getting flustered by how her husband looks right now?" You feel his hand glide down to your waist then toward your back. With a slight push on the curve of your waist, he brings you to step close to him. You look at him, as he gazes at you with his grey eyes as he says, "But I am all yours, you know. You can look at me as long as you like."

*Ahem*

You hear someone clear their throat on the other side of the umbrella. You quickly lift the umbrella up to its upright position. And see the coachman standing there with two train tickets in his hand.

The coachman adjusted his uniform jacket before handing Levi the train tickets, "Here you are, Mr. and Mrs. Ackerman. Your private coach will be at Car 2. Inside your room, they have a bath for you to wash up and change into more comfortable clothes, a couch with a dining table, and also a bed for you to rest through your long ride to your destination." The coachman looks at Levi, "I've also asked about amenities."

The coachman takes a look at you then back at Levi, "There aren't any bed in breakfast services. Only a dining coach accessible by all passengers on Car 6. Oh, and.." the coachman fishes out your private coach room key from his pocket and hands it to you. You take it and hold it firmly in your hand.

"This is your private room key. That will be all. Any questions?" the coachman clasps his hands together politely, his services all on par.

"Thank you so much." you say with a warm smile.

"It's my pleasure," the coachman gives you a slight nod and a big smile.

"We'll be staying on the train for four nights, correct?" Levi asks for confirmation.

"Yes, sir. 5 days and 4 nights. When you get to your destination they said, it'll be around noon." the coachman says.

You look at Levi, "4 nights?" you question.

"Yes, ma'am," the coachman fishes out his pocketwatch from his breast pocket to check the time. Then proceeds to grab your two big bags from the steps of the carriage and hands them to Levi.
