Inu and Neko

Inus are half-wolf half-human. Neko's are half-cat half-human. Both can communicate with humans.

It was a normal Thursday evening, Virgil laid lazily on the couch. His black tail wrapped around his leg. His black ears pressed against his head.

He heard the from door open, not bothering to look up. He heard Patton run down the stairs and hug his husband. There was talking that Virgil couldn't make out.

Soon Logan walked into the living room, followed by someone else. "Virgil," Logan spoke, getting the attention of the small Neko. "This is Roman," Virgil glances behind Logan. He sat up and scooted away. Behind Logan stood a tall Inu. This Inu was about 5'11, his skin a perfect tan, his hair chestnut brown, his eyes a hazel brown with golden specks in them. He was very buff and strong as well. "Roman will protect you and the house when Patton and I aren't home." Logan explained.

Virgil nodded. "Good. Get to know each other. Both me and Patton will be working." Logan spoke before walking upstairs.

Roman smiles gently at the scared Neko before joining him on the couch. "Hey kitty, it's alright, I'm not going to hurt you, ok?" Roman laid his hand on Virgil's knee.

"S-Sorry, I've had bad experiences with Inus before." The Inu smiled gently.

"It's alright, kitten. I won't hurt you, promise. Like Logan said I'm here to protect." Roman said. Virgil smiled and moved closer to Roman. Roman smiled and started to stroke Virgil's ears.

Virgil looks up at Roman as quiet purrs erupt from his throat. Roman chuckles as Virgil leans into his hand.

Virgil leans against Roman, the purring continuing. Roman laughs lightly. Virgil finally realized he was basically in Roman's lap and jumps away some. "S-Sorry!" He squeaked.

Roman laughed and pulled Virgil closer. "Don't be. It was quite cute." Roman pulled Virgil back close to him. Virgil blushing the whole time.

Roman resumed the petting on Virgil's ears. Virgil purrs again and climbs into Roman's lap. Roman chuckles happily.

Virgil tail wraps around Roman's leg. Virgil looks up at Roman. "Hey," Roman chuckled.

"Hi," Virgil answered. "Do you want me off of you?" The Neko asked. The response he got was Roman pulling him closer. "I'll take that as a no." Roman laughed.

Over the next months, the two half-breeds could was be found cuddled up on the couch or in on of their rooms. They started dating just a few weeks after meeting each other.

And Patton has three photo albums of the two.
