Remember Day Care? Part two

High school sides

This part has nothing to do with day care. It's a filler chapter to this 3 or 4 part series.

"You guys hear about the new kid?" Patton asked, walking up to Roman, Virgil, and Remus.

"No, who is it?" Remus asked. Patton shrugged before answering.

"All I know it's a girl." Patton told them, before skipping off towards Logan.

"Ro?" Virgil said, looking up at the much taller male.

"Yeah, princess?" Roman answered, looking down at Virgil.

"Will I have to talk to the new kid? I know you will talk to them. But do I have to?" Virgil asked. Roman smiled and shook his head.

"Of course not, V. I'll do all the talking." Roman answered. Virgil smiled and hugged Roman.

"God! Just fuck already!" Remus whined. Virgil face lit up in a bright red.

"Remus," Roman warned. Remus yelped a quick sorry before running off.

Around lunch, Roman and Virgil joined the other four at their normal lunch table.

"Here, kiddo," Patton handed Virgil a container of food. Patton feeds Virgil ever since Virgil's mother passed away. And Virgil's father couldn't care less about Virgil.

"Thanks, Patt." Virgil smiled. Roman wrapped his arm over Virgil's shoulders, causing Virgil to lean into Roman's side.

"Hey, V?" Janus spoke, gaining the attention of the boy. "Do you think you could draw me something for English? We have to do a project and I need you to draw me a dead person." Janus told him.

"Yeah, sure, what death was it?" Virgil asked.

"Drowning, so maybe have them underwater or something?" Janus told him.

"Yeah, I can do that." Virgil answered. Janus smiled and gave him a thank you.

"E-Excuse me?" A voice spoke from beside their table, a girl with dark brown hair, wearing a light pink shirt, with a white skirt, and tennis shoes.

"Oh hi, kiddo! You must be the new kid!" Patton said, scooting over so the girl could sit with them.

"Y-yeah I am. I'm Sarah." The girl introduced, sitting down.

"Well, Sarah," Roman started, Sarah looked over at him, her eyes growing big. "I'm Roman Prince, this is Virgil Magellan, that's Patton Summers, Logan Nicks, Janus Jones, and my twin Remus Prince." Roman introduced.

"It's a pleasure to meet you, Sarah. As said, I'm Logan Nicks." Logan told her. Reaching out to shake her hand.

"Why didn't you wave at me, hm? That's rude, y'know." Sarah said, staring at Virgil.

Virgil froze and grabbed Roman's arm. Looking up at him with a pleading look.

Roman wrapped his arm over Virgil and let Virgil hide his face into his chest. "Sarah, Virgil has extreme social anxiety and extreme anxiety in general. So he doesn't talk much till he knows you. I do most of his talking." Roman explained.

"How do you know what he wants to say?" Sarah asked. Remus laughed causing Sarah gave Remus a confused look.

"Virgil has been attached to Roman's hip since we met. Me and Ro was 4 and Virgil was 3 when we met. We've all known each other for a long time. Virgil and Roman just wont confess to each other! Like, c'mon, just fuck already." Virgil blushed before smirking lightly.
