Angst, Virgil's in love with Roman but Roman gets a girlfriend, they do end up together tho, cussing, death threats

Virgil has always had a crush on his best friend, Roman Prince. He couldn't help it. Roman was so kind, pretty, and overall an amazing person. Roman is Bisexual while Virgil is gay.

Virgil fakes it, he plays it off like he doesn't like Roman. His cousin, Patton Samuels, says he should tell Roman, so that's what he's going to do.

Virgil texted Roman early and it went like this,

Virgil: Hey Princey

Roman: Hey emo
Roman: what's up

Virgil: Could we meet up? I have something to tell you

Roman: Yeah! Of course! I need to tell you something too...

Virgil: Ok! I'll meet at our spot in the park at 3

Roman: Alright! See you there

And that's where Virgil is now. Standing under a tree, waiting for Roman. He sees Roman walk up.

"Hey V!" Roman greeted. Virgil waves to Roman.

"Hey Ro," Virgil answered. "You go first."

"Ok, I want you to meet someone." Roman said before motioning over a girl. This girl had black hair, bright blue eyes, tanned skin, and she was wearing a orange, floral, dress. "V, meet my girlfriend, Jasmine."

Virgil felt his heart shatter. "O-Oh! Um, c-congrats." Virgil fought back the tears.

"Thanks, anyway, what did you want to tell me?" Roman asked.

"Oh, I-I forgot. I guess the shock got to me." Virgil laughed.

"Sounds like you." Roman answered with a laugh.

"I need to get to Patt's. He needed my help with something." Virgil lied.

"Oh, ok. Cya later V." Roman said. Virgil waves as he ran off.

It was a ten minute run to Patton's. Once he got there he knocked on the door.

Patton opened the door and immediately got hugged by Virgil, who started to cry into his shirt.

"Woah, kiddo, what happened?" Patton asked as he closed the door and lead Virgil to the couch.

"R-Roman got a girlfriend. I-I didn't get to even tell him." Virgil cried into Patton's shirt.

"Oh my, kiddo. I'm so sorry. I know how much you love him." Patton rubbed Virgil's back.

"Why do I have to fall for the guys I never have a chance with!? Why am I so fucking stupid!?" Virgil yelled some.

"Oh, kiddo, you're not stupid. Roman's just too blind to see that your the one he needs." Patton tried to comfort Virgil.

"You didn't see her Patton. She's stunning. Absolutely beautiful. It's no wonder Roman fell in love with her. She's perfect." Virgil cried.

Patton sighed, "So what if she's pretty, kiddo. It's what on the inside that matters." Patton hushed. Virgil continued to cry into Patton's shirt.

Virgil eventually fell asleep. So, Patton called his brother, Remy.

Remy: Hello?~

Patton: Hey, Rem.

Remy: Hey babes, what's up
