Sneaking out

Roman waited till all was quiet in his house. He grabbed his wallet and keys and opened his window. His room was the basement of his house, which he liked and wasn't upset about. Just meant he didn't have to deal with his 6 siblings. He climbed out and onto the wet grass, he slowly and quietly crept to his car. He got in and started it quickly and pulled out of the driveway. Only his twin brother Remus knew of his secret relationship, and that's how it was gunna stay...for now.

Roman drove down his street till turning off to go down the back street. He drove slowly till he reach a two story modern home. He flashed his lights twice and then waited. He watched as the back door open and a boy slipped out. Hood over his head he ran through the rain to Roman's car. Hoping in the passenger seat he dropped his hood.

Roman smiled at the boy before kissing him gently. "Hey, baby," Roman said in a soft, gentle tone. "You know I hate when you use that voice." Roman chuckled and kissed the boy again. "You know you love it, Virge."

Virgil glared at Roman before smiling. "What's the plan tonight?" He asked as Roman started driving again. He wrapped his arm around the Roman wasn't using to drive, and laid his head on it. "Look out point, love." Roman said, pressing a kiss to Virgil's head. Virgil smiled, he loved going to the look out point on a rainy night.

For context, the look out point is an overlook of the whole city. It's a beautiful sight to see, even better on a rainy night.

The two rode in a comfortable silence, enjoying each other's company. Roman pulled into a parking spot at the lookout before wrapping his arm around Virgil, his other hand holding Virgil's.

"You're so beautiful, V." Roman sighed. Virgil flushed some and grumbled, "says you," Roman chuckled and kissed Virgil deeply. Virgil relaxed into Roman's hold as they broke apart. "I love you, Ro, so much." Virgil said in a soft voice. Roman smiled gently at Virgil.

"I know you do, baby, and I love you even more." Roman answered back in the same tone. Virgil used his hand to brush the hair from Roman's eyes. Roman let go of his to catch the other. He kissed the back of it before kissing up Virgil's arm. Virgil laughed and swatted Roman lightly, causing the latter to chuckle.

Virgil cupped Roman's face and kissed him. Roman dropped his that was around Virgil's shoulders to his waist, and moved his other hand to his waist too. Virgil had one hand one Roman's chest and the other one around his neck. After the two broke apart, Virgil buried his face into Roman's neck. Virgil moved his hand up from Roman's chest to meet his other around Roman's neck.

And the two stayed like that. Locked into each other's hold. Until Roman's phone chimed, then chimed again, and again. Roman look at phone and whispered, "Shit," under his breath. "What's a matter, Ro? What is it?" Virgil asked looking at Roman's phone.

Rose. Roman's mother was spamming his phone. "Oh- oh shittttt." Virgil said looking at Roman. Rose is a single mother who had to work the night shift, and Roman didn't know. So now she was spamming him trying to find out where her son is. Rose doesn't know about Roman and Virgil, and she doesn't know Roman's gay either. "I'm sure I'll be fine, babe, maybe it's time to tell her y'know? I mean if it goes bad you can always stay with me and my moms. They love you." Roman smiled, "thank you,"

Virgil had two moms, Kayla and Lynn, they were the perfect parents and crazy supportive of the two. This the reason Virgil sneaks out and they don't care. He walked right past them and to Roman just earlier tonight.

"Thank you, baby, I guess it is time to come out. Ok," Roman pulled out of the parking spot and started their way home. He called his mother on the way. "Hey, mom.."

"Roman Cross Diaz! Where do you think you are!? Do you know how worried I am!? Are you hurt!? Clearly you are in the head! Why are you sneaking out!? You better be on your way home right now young man! I swear you are grounded from here till I turn 23 again!" Rose yelled. Virgil held his laughter at Roman's mom.

"Mama, I'm almost home. I'll explain when I get there. I just right down the road, I'm dropping someone off. Then I'll be up there." Roman said, hinting to his mother her has a partner.

"Dropping someone off? You're in a relationship and you didn't tell your mother!? How could you not tell your mother!? Oh Roman you are getting it when you're home!" Roman sighed and Parker outside Virgil's house. "Yes, mama." Roman hung up the phone and kissed Virgil.

"Goodnight, my love, I'm sorry our night got cut short. I'll text you later. Sweet dreams, I love you so much." Roman said before kissing Virgil. "Night, Ro, please text me. I love you too." Virgil blew a kiss as he got out of the car and rushed inside.

Roman drove to his house. He parked his car and walked into the house. He went into the living to find his mother. "Alright, young man, explain yourself."

"Ok, mama, I'm gay. I wasn't ready to come out yet, now I kinda have to. But I'm gay and I have a boyfriend. And I sneak out once a week to go see him. Sometimes we stay at his house, sometimes we go out. Tonight we were at the lookout. I'm sorry, mom, I should've told you. I just wasn't ready, that's no excuse for lying but-" Roman was caught off by Rose hugging him.

"Oh, Roman! I'm so sorry. Of course it's fine. My son is gay! Oh my! I have gay son! I need to meet the boy you've sneaking out with. I love you so much and that will never change. But you're still grounded, only a week though. No more sneaking out, young man. But I still need to meet your boyfriend." Rose said. Roman smiled and hugged his mother.

"That's fair, mama, I'll bring him over tomorrow for supper." Roman said. Rose smiled and nodded and pushed Roman to the basement door.

Roman went into his room and laid down. He FaceTimed Virgil. Virgil answered and smiled at Roman. "How'd it go?" He asked.

"She wants to meet you. Still grounded, till next week. But she wants me to get you and bring you over tomorrow." Roman smiled. Virgil clapped, "oh good! I'm so glad, Ro! I can't wait to meet Rose. I'm so glad it worked out, babe."

"You and me both, baby, she's excited to meet you. We can be more open now, baby, I can finally express my love for you even more!" Virgil laughed at his boyfriend.

The two stayed in FaceTime till both fell asleep. Everything went good with Rose and she loved Virgil right away. Virgil met Roman's siblings; Remus his twin, who he already knew, Nicky who's 15 and amazing, Virgil loved her right away, Lucy and Vicky the second set of twins who are 13, Jace who's 11 and a typical 11 year old middle school boy, in other words ew, Taylor or Tay she's 10 and great too, she's the youngest too.

Virgil started staying the night with Roman and Roman stayed with Virgil. Everything worked out perfectly.
