Day 12- Sharing hobbies

Virgil has always loved art and drawing. Roman has always loved sewing. Neither of the other knew how to do the other's hobby. So they decided to switch for a day.

Roman had to draw a picture.

Virgil had to sew some pieces of cloth together.

Virgil sat in from of the sewing machine with confusion. He flipped it on, jumping slightly from the noise, but he held up to pieces of cloth and put them under the machine. He's seen Roman do it plenty of times. It's not hard? Right? Wrong.

After 10 tries, Virgil had a crooked and ugly thing of cloth sewn together.

Virgil sighed defeatedly and went over to Roman's bed. Taking in the smell of Roman on the sheets.

Roman started at the scribble he put on the paper. He tried to copy on of Virgil's old pictures and failed...horribly.

Roman sighed and picked up the picture and walked to his room. Opening his door to find Virgil staring up at the ceiling.

"You get finished, love?" Roman asked, sitting on the edge of the bed.

"Yeah, I guess so." Virgil answered, "Did you?"

"Yeah." Roman responded. Virgil got up and handed Roman his cloth thing. "Not bad for your first time, baby." Roman told him.

"Seriously? The seems are crooked and the colors don't match. It's so ugly." Virgil flopped into Roman's lap.

"No, baby. You did really good for your first time ever using a sewing machine. I'm proud of you." Roman told him. Virgil smiled happily and reach for the paper in Roman's hands.

"Let me see yours." Virgil said. Roman sighed but let him look at it. "Hm, you have a really shaky hand. But, this is good for a newbie."

"Thank you, princess." Roman kisses Virgil. "Now c'mon, I'll teach how how to use the sewing machine." Roman said as he picked Virgil up and carried him to his chair, that sits in front of his machine.

Virgil nodded and let Roman guide his hands.
