"hey, y/n." hange says, watching me sit at a table with eren and armin.
"hi, hange."
"what's going on?"
"y/n beat up reiner and now the captains mad."
"ohhh, you know what you should do?"
"what can i do? i already beat up a soldier."
"make the captain some tea, that way, he won't be able to stay mad at you."
"hange, that doesn't really seem like a good idea."
"i don't know, y/n," eren starts, "the captain really does like tea, however, you have to be careful that the tea is just right or he'll be livid."
"fine, i'll give it a shot." i make my way into the kitchen and grab some tea leaves.
"levi likes his tea black, so don't add any flavorings." i listen to hange and finish the tea, just the way they tell me to.
"that should tone your punishment down just a bit."
"thank you, hange." i give them a hug and walk out of the cafeteria.
my palms became sweaty as i came closer and closer to the corporal's door. finally outside of the room, i balance the tray of tea on my forearm and hand.
i bring the opposite hand up to the door and knock.
"name and business." i hear his bored voice on the other side.
"f/n l/n. you asked me to come here."
"yeah, come in." i opened the door and stepped into the clean office.
"i made tea." i say, grinning at the corporal giving me an annoyed glance.
"just sit it down on the table." i do as he said and scan the room i was standing in. "sit in the chair, don't just stand there."
i sit in the chair across from his desk and fidget with my fingers. my eyes looked every where except in his eyes.
"look at me, cadet." he said. i obey the captain and look in the eyes sitting across from me. "now explain to me why you decided to beat a soldier half to death."
"i didn't mean to." i whisper.
"what kind of an excuse is that? you could have stopped at any moment."
