chapter 6

This chapter holds spoilers for the people who read the manhwa version and not the novel. I will mark when spoilers happen but be warned.

This will the hardest thing I will ever do in my life. First thing in the morning, Jin wanted to do the job change quest even though I was highly against it. I was willing to fight him to make him stop. In the end, I couldn't stop him from entering. Following suit but he's not there. It was castle-themed like in the story. Knights and all.

If the knights are the same then maybe they have the same weakness. putting my dagger away when I see a knight trying to strike me. I may not be as strong as Jin but I still have something in my strength stats. Getting behind It I grab it by its head. Of course, this might be easier for me since I'm not wasting mana like Jin.

Hearing metal hit metal behind me I dodge to the side. where I use to be standing now gravel and a knight smashed down his hammer. Ok, I might take back what I said about this being easy again. Drops are the same. Pouch for money, knights chest plate, and shoes. 

Wondering deeper in I came across the other types of knights. Assassins, knights, archers, and Magicians. I'm fine against everything except to knights in armor. It doesn't help that majority of them are knights in armor. 

I'm f###ed, to say the least.

Exhausted. That's the only thing I am. I want this to end. I honestly don't want to face Igris. Not even a bit. Sliding past the tall door symbolizing the boss room. I wonder what Jin is doing. 

The boss room was the throne room. Igris in front of the throne. I've noticed this entire time, It's the same as in the novel. Down to the letter. 

I'm 10 times smarter than Jin though. ever since I step foot in this thing the only skill I used was sprint which takes 1 mana per minute so it didn't affect me much.

Using stealth to vanish from his sight. He only has 1 weak point. The small space where his head is exposed.  Aiming right there I land the mark. I have no killing intent for him to sense like Kang Tae-Shik, I just want to get out of here and sleep. If I didn't know his weakness I would of get owned.

"I don't know If the system knows if I'm not from this world or not. Great now I'm talking to myself."

Black gates started to surround the room.

F###. Knights walked through the gates. Some magicians can see through 'stealth' so I got to go head to head with these guys. If it's still like in the story then the knights won't stop. The magicians are keeping the gates open. 

10 mins in and I only managed to get 1 magician. I'm getting tired. 

"Daily quest!" A screen popped up. The only part I'm interested in is the timer at the bottom. 1 min. I just need to last one minute

5,4,3,2,1. oof. Face first in the sand. Great. I should have gotten potions before following Jin. 

"Speaking of potions, Store." The screen with a variety of items appeared. Drinking 3 potions I'm finally feeling better.
