Chapter 51

The next day, she got to sleep in, thank goodness, after what Hobi did to her. She got Aimes up and fed, and then it was time to get ready to go teach. She asked Ami if she wanted to come with her or stay with one of her Appas. She picked to come with her. Stasia got her dressed and told her she could play while she was getting ready or she could go find an Appa if she wanted. 

Ami wanted to watch her do her makeup and hair. She sat next to her at the vanity and asked a million questions. When she was done with her hair and makeup, she asked if she wanted to wear any. Ami nodded yes, and Stasia put on some clear mascara and some gloss. She was so excited that she wanted to go show everyone. 

After she was done showing off, they got in the car and headed to work. TxT was already in the classroom when they got there; Ami saw Soobin and went to sit with him. Stasia told her that if she was good and didn't distract them, they could go get ice cream afterward. Today in class, she was teaching slang. The boys really wanted to sound more like native speakers, and in order to do that, they needed to know slang, idioms, etc. 

They started with popular slang from the '90s and moved all the way to current slang. They picked it up pretty easily and did a great job. When class was over, Ami announced that she was a good girl the whole time, and so were the boys, which meant that they got ice cream, too. Stasia just had to laugh; this kid was a master manipulator. 

"Aimes, don't you think you should ask them if they want to go? They might have other plans."

Beomgyu raised his hand, "I want ice cream."

Soobin and Jun looked like they were going to smack him, but when Taehyun and Kai both said they wanted it too, they had to give in.

"Alright, let's go, my treat!"

They walked down the block to the ice cream store on the corner. Thankfully, no one was there at this time of day. While they weren't doing anything wrong, they were still an idol group. She felt very protective of them because they were so much younger than her. She'd get all motherly with them. 

They picked their ice creams, and Aimes picked the weirdest combo. When they sat down, everything was fine until she smelled the combination of Mint chocolate chip and Peanut butter together. Stasia slapped a hand over her mouth and ran to the bathroom.

After she lost everything she'd eaten that day, she cleaned up and went back to the boys. She had just run off and left Aimes, and she was sure they were freaked out. When she got out there, all five looked extremely worried on their faces. 

"Well, good news or bad news? The bad news is this is probably going to happen more. The good news is I'm pregnant with twins!"

They all jumped up and congratulated her. As soon as they were done, Kook and Jimin were pulling up in front. Stasia turned and raised an eyebrow at the two hyungs of the group. 

"Sorry, we kinda freaked out and called them," Jun blushed bright red.

"Oh, it's fine, you didn't know."

Kook walked in and came straight to her, "Are you okay? You got sick again?"

"Yeah, but it wasn't so bad."

"We're going to take you home. Kookie, can you get Ami cleaned up? Then we can go."

When they walked outside, Kook put Aimes in her seat, and Jimin got Stasia settled in the front.

"What about my car?"

"Hobi-Hyung is already on his way home with it," he said as he was buckling her in. 

Later that night, Twitter was having a hay day; they posted pictures of her with TxT and Ami eating ice cream and then another with Jungkook and Jimin taking them away. "Is BTS's favorite girl leaving them for TxT? Jungkook and Jimin confront their namdongsaengs about the betrayal." 

She showed the article and the comments to Joon. Less than an hour later, the PR team posted an article about how Stasia, Big Hit's ESL teacher, took one of her classes for ice cream to congratulate them on their test scores and how well they did with all the new material. She went from being a cheating whore trying to break up the bond between BTS and TxT to the most caring ESL teacher ever. Wow, people are strange. 

When they were all sitting on the couch after dinner watching TV, Stasia asked who was going with her to the next baby appointment. It was Kook's and Jins' turn to go. The babies were growing at a good pace; she still wasn't showing yet, but she was assuming that would be soon. 

She was warned not to overexert herself too much since twin pregnancies are fairly difficult for the mother. She assured the doctor that she was going easy; he didn't need to know that her sex drive was in hyperdrive at the moment. Eventually, she'll have to go on pelvic rest, so she needed to get as much as she could until then.

Something was feeling off about the pregnancy. She wasn't sure what it was or how to explain it. She just knew that something was different. She asked the guys if she could talk to the doctor alone. They didn't want to leave her, but they always respected her wishes. They really were amazing men. 

She asked the doctor if he could run some tests, blood tests, scans, or whatever he could think of. Something felt off, and she couldn't figure out what it was. He agreed, did some bloodwork, and scheduled the rest for next week. He said he'd call her if he saw anything in the bloodwork. 

Four hours later, she got the call. She had prepared for the worst, and she had been in panic mode. Nothing could have prepared her for what the doctor told her.
