Why Does it Hurt so Much?

Your pov:

That night was amazing. All my pain went away and I could cuddle with Anna. Now I would be out for a week, maybe it would be like last time, or maybe it will be like I'm dead. Who knows.

This morning I woke up and Anna's was still sleeping. I gave her head scratches because I knew she loved them. After I did that I went on tiktok for a little bit.

It was around 7:30 when everyone one woke up.
You: "Good morning fools"
Anna: "Morning" mmm I missed her morning voice.
Sab: "ugh, what time is it?"
You: "7:32"
Connor: "We have to leave like in two hours. I'll miss you y/n"
You: "Let me tell you, I might be passed out but I'll still be watching over you." Anna dug her nails into my back and it felt so good. I looked down at her and she looked up at me and smiled.
You: "The hospital was one of my favorite places, because this is where I feel in love with Anna...and when I got closer with everyone. This is when I seen what my life could end out as. My second favorite place is where I asked out Sab ahah good times"
Anna: "I like the hospital too.." she whispered and nuzzled herself back into my chest.
You: "You guys should do something...without me. Maybe get some food, go shopping, do anything. I'll play for you guys. I don't want you guys to worry about me, I'll be completely fine." Anna did one of those mmm sounds into my chest and it sent shivers down my spine.
Chris: "Alright..come on guys"

Everyone got up and went out of the room other then Anna. She said laying on me. "Anna you gotta go, as for much as I would love you to stay, you can't...we just spent like an hour talking on this random shit..theres one hour left until..yea.." she looked up "I don't want to leave...this is the first time I get to see you in so long..I missed you so much Y/n.." "I missed you a lot too Anna...maybe when I wake up we can try over again.." she slowly got out of the bed and left the room.

Letting her walk out hurt me so much. I wanted her to stay with me, but I knew she couldn't. I watched tv until Doctor H came into the room.

"You ready y/n?" I nod my head "before you do this, will this increase my chance of living and if I die give Anna this note." I handed him a note. It was a note I wrote while I was watching tv.

Dear Anna, Chris, Mason, Connor, or really anyone this may concern.
I love you all. You probably got this because I got put into the coma or I'm dead. I wanted to say one last goodbye if anything bad does happen. I hope my experience is the same as last time. I love you all, and sorry if I can't keep my promise boys. I love you all though.

Writing goodbyes were hard. I didn't know what to say really but I said a little that was in my heart. "Ok, I'm ready."

A few seconds later I felt dizzy. I couldn't feel a thing, and soon it was dark.

Anna's pov:

Y/n had kicked me out to go with them. Leaving her helpless on the bed made me feel miserable.

We went to Dons, and ordered breakfast food.
Eva: "See Connor dons is the best place to go."
Connor: "Ehhh"
Cooper: "I have to agree with Eva on that one." Chris's phone starts to go off.
Chris: "Shh" he answers it and looks out the window "Mhm, yup, alright we'll be there soon"
Mason: "Was that about y/n?"
Chris: "No it was about the best fucking fast food place, of course it was about y/n you idiot."
Anna: "Well what did they say?"
Chris: "She out, we can stay with her until she wakes up and or we can leave."
Connor: "I say we stay."
Copper: "I don't think I should.."
Mason: "Your apart of us now Coop, of course you can stay"
Cooper: "You guys sure"
Anna: "Yes, you can Cooper. Even though Sabs her ex and your her new boyfriend, you can and should stay."
Cooper: "Alright.."

We drove back to the hospital and when I went inside there y/n was again. She was lying there helpless... let this miserable week without her begin..
