The four times Harry didn't kiss Niall...and the one time he did.

"Harry you have to come! My New Year's Eve party's are the best! Of course you wouldn't know because you always ditch.." Louis complained to his best friend.

This is true. Louis and Harry have been best friends since they were babies. When they started high school, Louis started having his annual New Years Eve party. Normally Harry wouldn't turn down a party cause who doesn't like to party. They're we're multiple reasons though he always declined this particular party.

He simply wouldn't have anybody to kiss at midnight.

It wasn't a secret that Louis was more popular than he was. And aside from Zayn, Louis was Harry's only real best friend. And it wasn't exactly that Harry has trouble hooking up with people because that wasn't it at all. He has seen Louis guest list and he noticed that everyone would have a kissing buddy and he would be stuck alone.

So Harry should say no again and spend his New Years Eve eating ice cream in his room by himself while everyone else was partying. So he was about to tell Louis no but he couldn't come up with an excuse. His others were simple excuses like, "My mom said I couldn't" or "I'm really sick" and "I have a family issue" but this time he had no excuse.

"Sure Lou. I'll be there"

"Yay! Oh and I have new additions! Niall, Liam and Liam's girlfriend Danielle. They are a nice bunch of lads."

"You have other friends beside me?" Harry mocked shock.

"Of buzz off"

New Years Eve came faster than Harry would have liked and he thought he would have had a grade A excuse to get him out of this party but sadly he did not.

Harry got to Lou's around 10:30. He waited it out as long as he could but after over twenty "Where the fuck are you" texts from Lou he decided it was time to leave.

The party was loud just like he would have expected. They're we're empty beer cans everywhere, music blaring, and couples already making out.

"ARRY! You made it man! That's so cool! You're so cool!" Louis slurred from behind him.

Harry turned around to be met by a very drunk looking best friend. "Hey Lou"

"Hello my best friend. Oh let me introduce you to ummm oh ya. Niall.

And Liam and his girlfriend Danielle!"

There next to Louis was a very attractive looking blone. And a more muscular guy with shaved head with a gorgeous girl hanging off his arm.

"Hi I'm Niall Horan..oh and I moved here from Ireland..hense the accent." The blond said while extending his hand towards Harry who gladly accepted.

And wow.

Niall was fucking hot.

Soon enough it's 11:55 and Harry looks around and sees that the crowd has broken off into pairs. And great this is exactly why Harry did not want to come to this fucking party.

Harry's scanning the room when his eyes land on the attractive Irish lad. Niall wasnt with anyone so Harry made his way towards where Niall was standing.

"Hey Niall right?" Harry said. He wasn't drunk because he had to drive home.

"Yes! Hahahahahahahaahha Harold or I mean Harry right? I'm right right? Hahahah"
