Chapter 15 part 3.

The sky has changed in hue as a telling sign that the persistence of the soldiers and their lady knows no bounds.

Down below, hidden in a ditch, are the Shiina Siblings, Red Tiger. Yuya has her back to the stone wall behind her, she sits on her heels, her hands daintily in her lap holding her two-hand gun in her hands.

"Don't move, no matter what." Zero orders his baby sister as he squats in front of her, his Twin Dragon Daggers lying harmlessly on the ground to his right. Then he looked at Red Tiger. "Make sure that my baby sister doesn't go anywhere, no matter what."

Red Tiger looked at the gray haired man with worry. "B-but... you're injured." He stated. "Just do as I say and protect my baby sister if someone approaches." Zero narrowed his eyes at Red Tiger who hesitantly nodded.

"Zero, you're bleeding..." The young Shiina weakly claims as she gazes at her big brother. The Older Shiina picked up his twins' daggers. "It isn't mine." He got up and he gives his baby sister a pained but comforting smile, then started running away.

The Young Shiina weakly extends her arm to try and reach out to her big brother, but she makes no move to go after him, staying where she was told, "But wait, Zero!" She cries out, she quiets as she turns her hand over, revealing blood staining her soft pale skin.

"Idiot..." Red Tiger mumbled.

"If we're going to be traveling together, I'll have to protect you." That's what he had said, the memories of him making good on his words flashed through her mind. Both he and Blue Star take the two arrows for her, him trying to comfort her during her moments of distress.

A forlorn look takes hold of her face as she talks to herself. "To protect me, you-" the young Shiina's words are stopped by another voice near her and Red Tiger.

"Where's that girl? Where did my future sister-in-law disappear to?" Red Tiger and Yuya look to their right and through an opening in the bushes see the man behind everything.

"That woman..." he whispers as he spots her with a soldier behind her, Tsukiko squats down near the edge of the cliff, observing the two figures fighting her soldiers with mild amusement.

"Zero must have helped her and that other man escape." The soldier says to his lady, only to have Tsukiko angrily and desperately exclaim. "Find them at any cost!" She stands and looks down at Zero and Blue, both are cornered by her soldiers, seeing the signs of a tide turning in the battle, in Zero favor.

"The Outlaw is human, too." The long brown haired lady comments, as she watches Zero and Blue struggle to stand their ground against one of his soldiers.

 A dark and slightly panicked look shadowed the brown eyed male's face, his body shaking from what appeared to be exhaustion.

"He seems to be tiring." Observe the long brown haired lady idly as she watches such a well respected individual have difficulties with the result of her command. "The arrow that hit him was poison-tipped." The soldier informs the brown long haired female.

This information immediately worries the bandana man as he eavesdrops on their conversation. Yuya's eyes grow wide with terror as her mind works faster than ever before, only being brought back to reality when Tsukiko voices her concern about the actions of her soldiers.

"Yuya, stay here. I'll be right back." Red Tiger said before running to help the Older Shiina struggling.
