"I wish, I'd be part of the Slug Club as well." Ophelia said with a frown while watching Estelle brushing through her hair.

"I'd love to swap places." She was not excited to have dinner with Slughorn and a bunch of other students she'd never talked to before.

"You look stunning."

"Thank you, but I still don't want to go." She said with a laugh, giving herself one last look in the mirror. She wore a teal colored dress, which she had in her closet for ages, but never had a chance to wear. It reached all the way down to the floor and had a deep neckline.

"I'll see you later."

Ophelia waved her goodbye, before she left through the door stumbling into Regulus. He looked at her amused and raised an eyebrow amused. He himself wore a silky black suit and had brushed his curls out of his face. Estelle started feeling a light flush creeping up her cheeks and quickly turned around. He followed and continued walking next to her, still an amused expression on his face.

Everything went exactly according to his plan.

"Selwyn!"

Someone shouted from behind the two of them. Estelle turned around confused and saw a furious Severus approaching her. He held his wand in his shaking hand and raised it at her. Regulus quickly stepped between them and gripped his own wand, just in case.

"I know what you did in potions. I want my price."

"So you can get Lily to like you back? You're disgusting."

She stepped out from behind Regulus and was now able to look at Snape, while speaking to him. Her voice was calm and collected. There was no reason for her to be scared, he wouldn't dare attacking her and getting expelled from school over a little price.

"Sectumsempra!"

"Protego."

It happened in the split of a second and before she could even comprehend what was happening Regulus pushed her behind him again and pressed Snape up against the wall. Her heart was racing, when she replayed the situation in her head. Never had she ever heard about a curse named ‚Sectumsempra'. It was scary to think about. She had no idea what would've happened if Regulus wouldn't have been there. Wondering if he would've killed her.

Regulus breath went heavy and he could see Snapes pupils dilate in fear. He pushed the tip of his wand up under his chin, it took all of his strength to not curse him. Snape started babbling random words of excuse, but Regulus ignored him.

"I need her. You won't ever try and hurt her ever again, or else I will make you regret being born." He hissed in Snapes ear, causing him to stiffen even more against the wall. Trying to bring as much space as possible between the two of them.

"Why do you even care?"

"My plans are none of your concern. Now leave!" He jelled the last words into his face and let go of his robes. Stumbling over his feet Snape left, but not without sending one last hateful look at Estelle.

"What spell was that."

She tried her best to hide her fear but it was hard to not let her voice shake. Whatever Regulus had said to Severus must've been effective, because he left looking frightened. At first she tired to hear their conversation, but it was too quiet and she had more trouble containing herself calm.

"He didn't hit you did he?"

"No, but could you answer my question?"

"He designed it himself. Makes you bleed badly."
