Sirius sat down at the Gryffindor table looking more than tired. His hair was pulled back into a messy bun and he had dark circles underneath his eyes. Normally he would've already joked around but not today. He just sat there with a slouched posture and kept staring over to Nesrin, who sat at the Slytherin table, not letting her out of his sight.

"You look horrible."

Remus had joined him quietly and now started to load breakfast onto their plates. Following his gaze he gave Sirius a concerned frown.

"Nightmare?"

Sirius answer was a simple nod, still not lowering his gaze. The nightmares had started after he left his family. Remus was the only one he had ever told. For him, having nightmares and admitting that they actually scared the living shit out of him, made him feel embarrassed.

It was always the same dream. Him and Nesrin at the Astronomy Tower, someone joined them and she falls. The worst thing was that he couldn't do anything against it. All he could ever do was just stand there and watch her fall. The image of her body laying on the grass, the broken limbs stretched away from her body in a unnatural position just wouldn't leave his mind.

"You should talk with her."

"No. I don't want to scare her."

On the other side of the Great Hall Regulus was picking at his plate, while continuously scanning the Hall for the only person he somehow cared about. Frustrated by his own emotions he slammed his hand at the table. Everyone at the Slytherin table turned around, wondering what had caused him to make such a noise.

"What?"

Everyone started chatting again and he couldn't help but smile at the power he had. The smile dropped from his face when he saw Estelle hushing out of the entrance. Even from the distance between them he could tell that she wasn't doing well. He wasn't the only one who noticed her, because just shortly after he saw Nesrin running out of the Great Hall.

She couldn't explain to herself why she did what she did, but just the small look at her best friend had been enough for her to know that what everyone had been speculating about must've happened.

"Estelle!"

Her friend turned around and Nesrin looked at her face in shook. Never had she seen her usually put together friend like this. Her hair was basically matted, the circles under her eyes seemed to be almost black and she looked so fragile, that all she wanted to do was hug her. Her face said more than enough.

Nerio was dead.

"I'm so sorry."

Estelles lower lip started trembling, as she tried to hold herself together and not show weakness.

"I'm not angry at you anymore."

That was it. The words that made her walls break and the tears stream down her face. Nesrin quickly closed the remaining gap between the two of them and pulled her into a tight hug. That was exactly what she needed. Estelle could feel her muscles relaxing and more emotions fighting their way forward.

"It's okay."

"No, it's not. My mom and my brother are gone. I have no one left." She could feel her voice already breaking before finishing her sentence. A sob escaped her throat, causing Nesrin to pull her even closer and slowly stroking over her hair.

"You won't get rid of me."

Estelle pulled away and looked at her with puffy eyes. Debating on how much she should tell her friend without risking the friendship.
