DARCY FELT her social anxiety begin to creep up on her again as soon as they arrived at the resturaunt. She tried to think of things to talk about with him so they would avoid any awkward silences. Ugh, he probably hates this already. He's probably regretting coming here and wants to go home, Darcy couldn't help but to think to herself.

"Whoa, it's a lot crowded here than I thought it would be." Danny says as they go inside, to see a nearly completely packed out room full of people. "Is it usually this crowded here?" Darcy questions as they squeeze past a small crowd blocking the doorway. "Not really, on the weekends rarely but never like this." Danny explains as they look for someone who could help them find their seats.

"Excuse me?" Daniel asks someone who looks like a host. "I have a reservation for two," He tells her. "Oh! You must be Daniel then?" She smiles. "Yeah, uhm, is it gonna be a long wait? We kind of have somewhere else to be after this too." He explained to her. "Oh, not at all! Your table is ready over here!" She says, motioning for them to follow.

Darcy got excited when he said reservation for two. She reminded herself to calm down, this wasn't a date. It's not a date. Just a casual hangout with a new friend. They got to their table, finally, passing through the big crowds of the restaurant. "So, do you have any idea on what you're gonna order yet?" Daniel asks, looking through the menu. "I'm not sure honestly, I've never been here before." Darcy answered. Daniel looked up at her. "No way. Come on, you just had to have been here before! Everybody's been here! How could you not?" He teases Darcy with that adorable boyish grin that Darcy loved.

"I don't know, I don't really go out that much anymore. I mean, I go a few places here and there, but nothing too much like this. I'm so busy with work and school and everything, those are really the only two places I go honestly." She explained.

"But this place seems nice, I'm sick of being in the same old flower shop every day. I love working there, but man sometimes I just need the change of scenery!" Darcy says, setting down her purse next to her. "Yeah, I feel that sometimes. I feel like the only places I ever really am are either school or my room, or Mr. Miyagi's place. I don't go out much else either come to think of it." Daniel explained.

"Ohhh alright. So, are you still doing that karate?" Darcy asked, to continue the conversation. Daniel's face lit up when she mentioned it, and she smiled. "Oh yeah! All the time. But, now with the shop opening up, it's been a little more difficult for us to get some training time in, you know?" He says. They continue talking for a little more, until they start to leave for their next place. As soon as they arrived at Golf 'N Stuff, it was crowded as heck.

Once they got there, Darcy began to overthink again. She started to get nervous. All questions and thoughts came to her mind, such as was Daniel having fun? He seemed to have gotten a bit quiet before in the car. Maybe he's not having fun. Maybe he finds her annoying, but is too polite to tell her. No, Darcy. Stop this, we're not going down into this spiral again. She tried to tell herself that Danny was definitely having fun with her, but she wouldn't buy her own thoughts.

"So what do you wanna do first? Have you ever been here before either Darcy?" Daniel asks her as they just walked over to the entrance. "No, actually, I've never been here before either." Darcy explains as she looks around in amazement.

"What?? Are you serious? No way, you've never been here! Ok, THAT I definitely don't believe! Everyone in All Valley's been here at some--"

"Well, look who it is." Darcy froze at the all too familiar voice who interrupted Daniel's speaking. Mike Barnes, Darcy's ex boyfriend. "Mike! What the hell? What are you doing here??" Darcy questioned, feeling her anger boiling up. "Darcy? Who--you know this guy?" Daniel asked him. "Know me? Buddy, this is my girlfriend you're talking to--" "EX girlfriend. Don't listen to him Daniel, he's just a jerk! We broke up a LONG time ago!" Darcy explained, giving Mike dagger eyes as she threw off the arm he had wrapped around her.

"Oh come on doll, don't be like that. I know you miss me--"
"Hey man, she clearly doesn't want to be bothered right now. Leave her alone." Danny said, stepping in front of Darcy. "Hey stay outta this. This doesn't concern you," Barnes said, shoving Daniel out of the way to get to Darcy again. "Actually yeah it does, she said she wants to be left alone. So back off her," Danny said, getting into Barne's face. "Danny please, it's alright! I can handle him--" She tried.

"Excuse me!" A security guard stepped over, as he saw the boys looking like they were about to fight. "What's going on over here, boys?" He questioned them. "Oh nothing sir, just catching up with some old friends." Barnes lied, making Darcy roll her eyes. "Alright well, no fighting is allowed here. If you're gonna fight take it somewhere else or go home." He said to them. "Yes sir," Mike answered, making Danny sigh with relief a little.

"You got lucky this time, LaRusso. But tomorrow is a different day." He told him before storming off, giving them both glares doing so. "I'm so sorry about him," Darcy apologized once Barnes left. "No, don't be sorry. He is a jerk, he wouldn't back off you...hey come on though, let's not let that ruin our night. It's starting to get late, we should go in now and enjoy the rest of this hangout." He told her.

"Yeah, you're right. Let's go!"
