A/N: Okay warning: this chapter is kinda a bit all over the place atm b/c I read the karate kid III book which is exactly like the movie and I've realized there were some parts I've missed, so please bare with me on this chapter LMAO but hope y'all enjoy anyways! <3

DANIEL IMMEDIATELY RAN after Darcy out of the night club, and followed her into the parking lot. "Darcy! Hey!" He called out after her. Finally, he caught up to her and grabbed her wrist before she could head any further. She flinched at first, but relaxed a little when she saw it was Daniel. "Daniel LaRusso! What was that in there?!" She questioned him, the anger clear in her voice. "Darcy, I--I'm sorry that you had to see that, ok? But I had to do something! What was I supposed to do?! Just let him push me around--?" Danny defended himself.

"Well, you don't punch him!" She snaps back in response. He was about to respond back to her, but shut his mouth instead. It wasn't worth it to get into an argument with her. He didn't want to ruin anything they had so far. "Look, I'm sorry, ok? Please don't be mad at me..." He begged her, taking her hand gently. Darcy didn't buy it for a while, until she turned around and smiled at him. "Ok. I forgive you," She says, hugging him. "I can't stay mad at you for too long," She adds with a smirk.

"Good," He smiled back. "And, I've made a decision...especially after what just happened in there. I didn't tell you this yet, but earlier before Mr. Miyagi and I were talking about the All-Valley Tournament. I'm not gonna enter in it this year." He explains to her. Darcy just froze, trying to take in what he just said. "What?! You're--you're not competing this year in the tournament?" She repeated. "Why not?"

"I've been thinking about what Mr. Miyagi said to me before, and what just happened now made me think of it. But...as much as I want to enter in it, he's right. Karate is for self defense only, not for winning tournaments." He repeated what he said. "But...I mean, I can see where you're coming from Daniel, but you love the tournament? Didn't you want to uphold your name?" She questions him, very surprised by this new and sudden news.

"Well yeah, I really did. But Mr. Miyagi didn't think it was a good idea. I guess he just doesn't want me to get into anymore trouble, you know?" Daniel shrugs as they begin to walk back to his car.

"I mean I guess, but...how could you just--I don't know." Darcy shook her head as she hopped into the passenger seat, and drove them back to the shop, which was still a mess from before. "Well, I guess we should start working on this mess now." She says, beginning to pick up everything. They ended up staying at the shop until about three in the morning, just cleaning everything up until Daniel had to get back to Mr. Miyagi's for the night.

A/N: Okay, sorry this chapter seemed short, rushed, and allllll over the place LMAO the next chapter will def flow a lot better, and be longer! I just had to get updates out quick this week, I've been procrastinating between this and school work! ugh! lmao but thanks for reading, hope you could understand this and what was happening this chapter, but yeye!
