After one funny and sweet call, Veya came to thinking that this might be the next step to their communication..."Night calls?" veya exclaimed.
"yes, night calls, omg cute!" Mira exclaimed
"no I don't think so" veya answered
" Wanna bet he's going to say I'll call you at 9:00" Mira exclaimed
" no I don't want to bet on our relationship or whatever we have," veya said
"yeah you guys are very confusing too, I mean yeah what's your status?" Mira asked
'I don't know" veya answered
"see, I mean... cute but you guys have got to be sure," Mira talked back
"I know, but were just maybe MU, or no label" Veya answered,
"oh no that dangerous though, no label but your flirting and asking each other how's youra day?" Mira said
"oh we don't do that" Veya replied
"but you flirt & rant and say random stuff is that it?" Mira asked.
"Yeah I mean I think" Veya answers uncertain
"girl, I think you guys must talk I mean, you guys can't be jerking off each other and flirting when you guys want to, it's like a rebound," Mira said
"your young and rebound is not that definition of that" veya exclaimed.
"I am not In love still with Jake and not using Cairo for a rebound" Veya explains.
"well, then tell him," Mira told her
"Tell him what?" she answered back
"Tell him, what you feel about the; its complicated theme of your relationship, I mean it can't be that. no label but hell flirting" Mira explained.
In Veya's head: "she's right again"
"I'll try my best I guess" Veya answered
"try better, perfect timing I guess" Mira added.
"so we still betting on the night call?" Mira asked.
"NO!" Veya replied
after Veya and Mira's conversation, she continued reading her book on Shakespeare while in class. later on, their class was invited to watch a presentation of the grade 11.
Veya came in late, and everyone was giggling and laughing, teasing Veya she went in, she was confused.
"Why sir?" she asked her teacher.
"ah nothing, you came at the right time." her teacher smiles and calls on the next presenter.
She was confused, so she didn't listen to the presenter and played COD with Cairo the whole afternoon.
*in-game*
"I will call you later night?" he said to her.
"you will later?" she asked
"later night, ill call you, okie? 10:30?' he said
"okay" she replied
she was blushing jumping up and down acting like a 3 year old excited to go to an amusement park.
later at night, 10:40 pm
"Hello?" she said
"you're pretty" he answered.
"awwwww thank you" she answered.
" you like me too much don't you?" she asked
"opo" he answered.
"so what now?" she asked.
"are you going to watch me sleep" she added.
"do you want me to watch you sleep?" he asked
"Mmmmm yeah... are you willing to watch me sleep?" she asked
"of course, will you watch me sleep?" he asked.
"let's sleep together instead" she replied.
"I want to be beside you, I can't sleep without you," he said.
"ah, hug a pillow then think that's me" she replied
'but the pillow I'm hugging is between my legs" he replied softly
"ah?" pretending she didn't hear it.
"I'm hugging my pillow" she replied instead
"Am I the pillow?" he asked
"maybe...mmmm yes," she replied
"ah okie hehe" he replied.
"turn on your camera," he asked
"it's too dark here, you can't see me," she replied
"that's okay, ill turn on mine too," he replied they both turned on their cameras and saw each other clearly. Cairo smiled and Veya did too. Even though the audio of Cairo wasn't that clear to Veya, she laughed and kept talking to him like she understood. The night was young, as time pass by Veya gets sleepy, Cairo staring into the screen watching her fall asleep.
Before she falls asleep, she mentions the reasons why she loves him, the reason why she liked him,
"Cairo, do you know the reason why I liked you? do you know that you made my day, whenever I see you by the hallway smiling? I liked you because I saw men in my life in you, you are just like my cousins and my Uncles. you almost looked like them. you have the same traits as my cousins, and I am a sucker for athletic boys and tall ones too." she said sleepily as veya said those words, she acted like she was drunk like she wasn't aware of what she was really saying to Cairo that night. She fell asleep.
Cairo smiles, He finds it so cute he took pictures while she was sleeping, she wasn't aware until they both did fell asleep leaving their call still on and waking up seeing their phone died.
it was the night they won't forget.
