veya slept so well, she can't stop playing the scene where she kissed gab on the cheek. whenever she remembers it, she blushes, and her smile reaches her eyes. She gets in the bathroom and gets ready, dancing around like she woke up on the sunny side of the bed.
*ding*
"good morning,3 pointer" Gabriel texted.
"good morning" she replied.
And it made her day. she got into her class smiling and having a wonderful day thinking that she had nothing else to worry about.
*gamecord call*
"hey!" Mira exclaimed
"hiiiiii..." Veya replied she answered happily
"smiling up to eyes, who made you smile like that or what?" Mira asked.
"ah, something good yesterday:)" Veya replies smiling
"no?! Gab?? You guys went together and went home together?" Mira was ecstatic
"there was dinner to on the pickup and watching the stars, and turns out I'm an astrophile." Veya says
"astrophile... good or bad?" Mira asked.
"good" veya replied.
"dinner? WOW! and guessing that is not your hoodie too?" Mira added,
"yes, and yes yes!" Veya replied
The girls kept laughing and giggling about last night. Veya told the story when she Kissed Gab on the cheek after he brought her home.
"it's a thank you kiss and not as I love you," Veya said.
"so, do you like Gab?" Mira asked.
"I don't know..." Veya answered sadly.
"It's not that Im confused, but I really don't know, I Love Cairo...but Im falling for Gab," Veya added.
"I don't know with you, Bahala ka sa Buhay mo," Mira said jokingly
" I feel like I'm making stupid decisions and actions, that made me really made me paranoid, don't you think?" Veya added.
"I think, you should be sure of what you are feeling for both of them," Mira said.
"I don't have the answer to your problem because you are still unsure, but you know what you want and I know that you don't want to hurt both," Mira added.
"I pray, I get to understand my feeling because I don't want to choose," Veya replied.
"it seems like you have to choose," Mira added.
Classes ended, there was a meeting for the newspaper writers and committee, planning and giving orders to the writers on what to write about for the next issue of the newspaper. As looking upon the screen Veya and Gab Couldn't stop smiling, they kept looking down and looking back up the screen, while some of the team members notices them and started teasing them once again. Sir Adam getting curious about what was going on between the two, so he asked but the teens made no sound, they both just smiled. Soon Mira and the other members mentioned the polaroid photo they both owned, mentioned it was a place behind their phones, Sir Adam curious about how the photo looked like, with no choice they showed it to the team and the team went wild and mad! Happy mad, it was hilarious.
After the meeting, Sir Adam asked Gab and Veya to stay in the room.
"are you both dating?" asked sir Adam.
"sir no," Veya Blurted out
"I just brought Veya home and it seems that the team saw me holding her stuff and bringing it in the car, I also mentioned Veya riding back down with me from the HS Campus." Gab Added.
"yeah, sir I just needed a ride that's all" Veya added.
"there's nothing wrong with dating?" Sir Adam tried to bail them out.
"SIR!" said both.
"Okay okay I will stop," said Sir Adam.
"I have a new task, can you both work on it? I am planning to have a team-building with the newspaper team, would you both lead and plan this? If you need a team in planning well tell me and I will ask some help with the editors." Sir Adam added
"sure sir, No problem" Veya answered.
"great you can both leave, thank you" sir Adam replied.
"thank you to sir" Gab Replied.
Veya and Gab left the zoom room, Gab Called Veya through facetime, going to talk about the team building Sir Adam wants to start.
*Veya's Laptop starts to ring*
*she answers it*
"hey! wanna plan the team building? or you are going to rest?" Gab asked.
"oh no, yeah I'm free to let's plan it," Veya answered.
"uhu btw, you do understand why I told sir, Adam, we are not like a thing, right? cause we really are not? I mean are we? are you? am I?" Veya asked awkwardly.
"haha, don't sweat it, uh I actually don't know too but I found you interesting," Gab answered.
"oh okay!" Veya answered.
so they planned throughout the whole night the big team building for the newspaper team, and that night Veya knew a lot all about Gab, which she found so interesting. How suddenly open Gab is to her, how comfortable he feels when she is around. She appreciates how Gab admired her and her works and just offered suggestions. She loves the way Gab talks to her, Like even though he is having a hard time with Tagalog, he still tries his best to talk to her. like it felt so right, like they were under the star again, how now she stares into the screen; looking at Gab and realizing the most little things in him that make her so happy.
"Veya? are you okay?" Gab asked.
"yeah I feel great" she answered.
*ding- Cairo Chatted*
her eyes lit up in confusion...in her head; "he exists??" "uh wait"...
"Hey Veya" Cairo chatted with a blushing emoji.
"Hey, Veya"Gab called her on call, smiling.
"oh shit," Veya said under her breath.
