Chapter 31

Y/N POV

After I completed placing the chip into its appropriate place. I left the room and rain back onto the main deck.
"Falcon...how we looking." Mara asked over the com's
"Had to take a dear tour!" He yelled. I watched as he soared through the air, dodging bullets from a fighter jet. Suddenly, they shot a missile at him.
"SHIT SAM!" I yelled. The missile began to follow him wherever he went. After flying for a bit, he did a little somersault in the air and the billets blasted into the ship, creating a hole for him to get through. He flew up and disappeared from my sight.
"I'm in." He said excitedly. It went silent for a bit...."Bravo lock!" He yelled and suddenly appeared back in view, flying towards me.
"Two down. One to go." Maria informed us.
"Steve how are you doing?" I asked as I began running across the flight deck.
"I've been a bit busy. I couldn't get in." He yelled.
"Don't worry...we're coming." Sam said.
"Six minutes." Maria said.
"Sam!" I yelled. He flew down to me and I grabbed onto his waist and held onto him tightly. He flew off and he dropped me off on the other Helicarrier.
"Hey Sam, Im gonna need a ride." Steve said.
"Rogers!" Let me know when your ready!" Sam yelled back.
"I just did." I heard Steve reply. I heard the sound of someone screaming and I looked over to see Sam, Carrying Steve. He dropped him off and I immediately wrapped Steve in a hug.
"Are you alright? Are you okay?" Steve quickly asked as he looked over my face.
"I'm fine Steve." I smiled and gave him a quick kiss. We all continued to walk down the runway.
"You know your lot heavier than you look." Sam said.
"I had a big breakfast." Steve sarcastically responded.
Steve was suddenly kicked and he flew over the side of the carrier.
"STEVE!" Me and Sam cried out." He began to fly after him and Bucky grabbed his wings and threw him backwards. He began shooting a him and I rolled across the ground and ducked behind a shipping container, to avoid getting hit. Bucky did a few kart wheel looking moves and dodged all his bullets. Sam flew off again and Bucky shot something at his wings, yanking Sam to the ground, he than pulled off his wing and kicked him off the helicarrier.
"SAAAAAM!" I yelled in pain. Bucky looked at me and I couldn't see a single soul of life in his eyes.
"Shit." I muttered. I began running through the shipping containers and I new he was right behind me. I hid behind one and started catching my breath, holding my chest. I heard the sound of footsteps, running across something. I turned my head and saw Bucky appear on top of a container.
"SHIT!"
He jumped down to me and I quickly grabbed my sword. I began swinging at him and he was blocking each swing with his metal arm. He ended up grabbing my sword and snapping it in half.
"No, no, no." I cried. He wrapped his hand around my throat and lifted me up. My legs started dangling in the air as I tried to loosen the grip of his hands. He than pulled me closer to him and than threw me. I rolled across the floor and started gasping for air.
"Bucky stop! Please!" I sobbed. Tears were covering my face. He continued to walk towards me.
"Y/N! Where are you?" I heard Steve say. My face immediately lit up, but than fear set, I transferred back into reality.
"Bucky is going to kill me." I replied as I backed away from Bucky.
"No! Y/N!" Steve yelled in pain. I managed to stand up and I realized, he was making me walk towards the edge of the ship.
"Steve...I love you." I said accepting my fate.
"BUCKY!" A voice yelled. I looked around Bucky to see Steve standing there. He threw his shield and Bucky fell to the ground. He immediately got up and chased after Steve.
I fell to my knees and continued to cry.

Steve's POV

I ran across the flight deck, knowing that he was right behind me. I got onto the little bridge that led to the control panel. I began running towards it, when the sound of foot steps, stopped me in my tracks. I new it was Bucky and if I took another step, I would be shot.
"People are gonna die Buck. I can't let that happen." I said to him. He didn't responded and just looked at me with determination in his eyes.
"Please don't make me do this." I pleaded. He continued to look at me, we both stared at each other for a second, before I threw my shield at him and it bounced off his metal arm back to me. He shot at me and I dodged all his shots with my shield, but one managed to graze my side and I let out a groan. He looked up at me and I hit with my shield. He flew backwards and than pulled out a knife as he stood up. We began fighting hand to hand combat. I pushed him away and started punching in the code so I could replace the chip. He came up behind me again and he swiped his knife across my shield. I started hitting his arm with my shield and kicked him backwards. I quickly took out the chip and pulled the better one from my little pouch I had on my person. He ran up to me again and his metal arm punched my shield, it sounded like a bell.
We continued to fight, until he pushed me over the side of the banister, loosing my shield to the floor below. We landed on a little edge, I dropped the chip in the process and it landed near the edge. He threw the fist punch and I dodged It. He kicked me in the chest and I grabbed the chip. He kicks the chip out my hand and We both fell onto the glass floor.
I began running towards the chip, when my shield hit me in my back. I fell down and quickly kicked it up, so it would land on my arm. I dodged more of his bullets and threw my shield back at him. He pulled out a knife again and ran towards me. He went to swing at me and I grabbed onto his arm, than he pulled my arm down and the knife stabbed into my shoulder. I groaned in pain and headbudded him a few times before he stumbled away. I pulled the knife out of shoulder and he crawled across the floor and grabbed the chip. I grabbed him by the throat and lifted him in the air, I than slammed his body down and got him an arm lock. I started pushing on his face and he tried hitting me.
"Drop it!" I demanded. "Drop it!" I than yanked his arm and dislocated his shoulder. He screamed out in pain. As soon as he screamed, something inside of me broke. I hated fighting him, I hated that he has to deal with this. But I knew what I had to do. I flipped over him and got him into a headlock. With a lot of force I managed to get his metal arm between my leg and I started making him loose consciousness. Eventually he stopped fighting and he went limp. The chip dropped from his hand and I moved his body off of mine. I grabbed the chip and started climbing back to the top.
"One minute." I heard Maria say.
"Come on Baby." I heard Y/N say. I continued to climb up when I felt sharp pain in my butt. I looked down and saw Bucky holding a gun. Great now I'm shot in the butt.
As I was pulling my self up to the last level I heard the sound of another gun shot, that just barely missed my hand. I finally got up to the top floor.
"Thirty seconds Cap!" Maria yelled distraught.
My whole body was in so much pain, I felt like I couldn't move. But I knew I couldn't give up. I pulled out the chip and as I was placing the chip in it's slot. I felt another shot, go through my stomach. I immediately collapsed to the floor and placed my hand to my wound.
"COME ON STEVE!" Y/N yelled. I grabbed onto the small railing and lifted my self up. I managed to get enough strength and I placed the chip in its place.
"Charlie lock." I said as I fell down again.
"YES! Now come to me." She begged.

Y/N POV
"Okay Cap get out of there." Maria stated. I watched as the giant guns on the ship started to point at each other.
"Y/N get off and fire now!" Steve said.
"But Steve..." Maria began.
"Do it! He ordered.
"I can't leave!" I acknowledged in fear and tears.

What the hell am I gonna do!
