Sometimes, when he can't face the living world, and when the dead are too depressing, Nico will go to his father's throne and sit by his legs. He will lean his head against his fathers knees, and cry. Hades would place his hand on his sons head, and rub circles into his temple.
One day, when Nico was crying next to his father, Hades spoke. "You should really stop crying. Your nose will get sore."
