Percy
When I woke up, it felt like an earthquake moved in between my ears.. I felt nauseous and starving and thirsty all at the same time.
I was in a ridiculous amount of pain. My shoulder in particular felt like it was bruised to pieces. I opened my eyes to a water bottle on the night stand in the guest room and thanked whatever god there was.
I chugged the entire thing. I felt unbelievably bad, if this was the consequence of drinking, then I probably wouldn't be doing it again any time soon. I also couldn't find my phone or wallet anywhere. I stumbled out of the guest room, fully dressed, feeling horrible, and probably smelling badly. I made my way downstairs, noticing other open guest room doors on my way down.
The house was an absolute wreck, but no one seemed like they were worried about the mess. When I got to the living room, everyone looked just as bad as I felt. Frank was passed out on the couch, Hazel was on her phone sitting on the floor, Piper was slumped across Jason's lap, and Grover, Leo and Rachel were invested in watching Avatar, the volume as low as it could be. I figured Annabeth must still be sleeping somewhere.
"What time is it?" I asked everyone.
A few heads turned to look at me "Shhh. Stop being so loud." Hazel cried. Her makeup was all smeared everywhere and she looked like she was suffering from the same headache I was.
"A little past noon." Jason whispered.
"Has anyone seen my phone?" I asked, lowering my voice.
They shrugged or shook their heads and I took that as a bad sign. I wanted to start looking for it, but I needed some water, and maybe some painkillers first too.
"Anyone got Ibprofen?" I asked.
Jason held out his arm with a bottle in his hand, I took it from him and headed to the kitchen. When I got there, Nico and Will walked through the front door with McDonald's bags in their hands.
"Mornin, how you feeling?" Will was too bright and cheery, it seemed humanely impossible.
I grabbed a bottle of water and followed them into the living room.
"How's everybody doing this morning? Feelin' good?" Will asked the room.
"If one more person speaks I am going to trample them like a horse." Hazel grumbled.
Nico smiled "I knew we were related." He said proudly.
"Okay, you're getting trampled. The second I can stand up you're going down." Hazel responded, her hand just barely able to hold up her chin.
I would have laughed at the situation if my brain could do anything except nurse this horrible headache.
Will gave everyone their own food "This is the best hangover cure, I promise." He told us.

After a couple McMuffins and some pain killers, I felt a lot better. Slowly, we all woke up a little more, conversating as best we could in our state of utter exhaustion. Rachel and Piper shared videos they had taken throughout the night. Some I remembered, some I didn't. It seemed like everyone had a good time though. I really wanted to know where my phone was, I was excited to look through whatever disaster I had been able to document. I also knew everyone had posted Rachel's photos and I wanted to see how those turned out.
"Does anyone know why my shoulder is in severe pain? I feel like I tried to push blocking sled without pads on." Jason asked the room.
"Thats weird, so does mine." I said to him.
