"Has he not talked to you yet?" Yumi asked as she joined Soomi on the patio. Soomi's been watching In-yeop who is by the seashore sitting on the sand.

"He's been out there since this morning," Soomi said with worry. Yumi looks at the girl staring at the guy who's been acting all dark and gloomy after hearing the news. She can see the sadness in her eyes and she instantly felt that something's going on between the two given how they act. She's been catching Soomi going out of the room at night and she pretends she's sleeping because she doesn't want the girl to be in an awkward situation. The two lovebirds must have thought that no one in the house is noticing their actions. Yumi chuckled at the thought.

"What's the status?" Yumi asked as she looked at In-yeop on the seashore.

"What status?" Soomi looked at Yumi and asked. Yumi looked at Soomi again who is giving her a confused look.

"You and In-yeop," Yumi said which immediately made Soomi diverted her gaze and looked in another direction. Yumi chuckled at how the girl is acting. "Come on, Soomi. Both your actions show something is going on between the two of you."

"I don't know," Soomi said with honesty. "I don't know what's our status." Soomi dropped her gaze on the ground as she reflects on Yumi's question. She knows she's starting to fall really hard for In-yeop and she feels the guy has strong feelings for her, too. It scares her to think that In-yeop doesn't want any label in their relationship because of the circumstances they faced and might face given that he was ordered to kill her. It pains her to even think that all his sweet gestures towards her will be replaced by his coldness in the future.

"Give him time," Yumi said which made Soomi back to her senses. "He'll come about." Yumi smiles at her which warmed the girl's heart. When they both looked at In-yeop again, the guy already stood up and is walking towards the house. Soomi opened her mouth to say something but she could find the right words to tell him. In-yeop just walked past them, not even glancing at Soomi.

"Give him time," Yumi repeated what she said earlier and patted Soomi's shoulder. "By the way, the organization needs me to take care of something today so I need to go there. I saw how fond you are of kids. Do you want to come with me? I know how much stress you feel right now. Maybe this is the time for you to release those stress. Take it all out to the kids," Yumi chuckled.

"I'd love that idea," Soomi responded to her suggestion. Before both of them could reach the door, they heard Chorong complaining about something.

"Why don't you tell me where we are going?" Chorong whined as he follows his leader who is now wearing his leather jacket, holding his helmet and keys.

"Where are you going?" Yumi asked which made In-yeop looked in their direction. In-yeop stared at Soomi who is just looking at the guy, speechless. The girl's heart aches to see the guy she was just having sweet moments with earlier is now giving her the cold shoulder.

In-yeop looked away from Soomi with his eyes teary from anger raging inside him. He's mad right now seeing the girl he likes experiencing this miserable life and a part of it is because of him. So he planned to do something to make sure that she's safe. If he wants her to stay with him then he has to make sure that she is safe.

In-yeop proceeded walking to his motorcycle and Chorong was not able to do anything but to just follow. Soomi and Yumi stared at the speeding away motorcycle, leaving them only dust from their departure.

"Let's go and prepare," Yumi told Soomi as lively as she can hoping she could lift the mood of the dispirited girl.

In-yeop drove as fast as he can with Chorong behind him. They stopped at a gas station for them to refill their tanks and In-yeop took that opportunity to call someone he knew would be risky to call given the situation they are in. Chorong just stared at In-yeop, holding the gasoline pump, as the latter fished a flip phone in his pocket. They usually use this kind of phone to communicate with someone if they don't want to be traced.

"It's me," In-yeop said in the other line. "I'm ready to meet up." Chorong tried to guess who the person is on the other line but he cannot think of anyone who In-yeop could be involved with aside from Mr. Han. He doubts that it was Mr. Han because In-yeop knows it is too risky to talk to their former boss in this situation.

In-yeop nodded and hummed as a response to the person he is talking with. Without saying any more words, he hanged up and placed the phone back in his pocket.

"Who was that, boss?" Chorong tried to ask even though he knows In-yeop won't answer him. And he was right. In-yeop straddled his motorcycle again, wore his helmet, and started his engine. Chorong just sighed and did not push for information more and just followed In-yeop.

After another hour of driving, they arrived at a big mansion near a cliff. The bodyguards seem to know they are arriving because when they arrived, the huge gates immediately opened. As soon as Chorong realized to whom the mansion belonged, he immediately hopped out of his motorcycle as soon as they have parked it in front of the mansion's entrance He dashed towards In-yeop and grabbed a fistful of the neckline of In-yeop's black shirt.

"What the hell are you doing?" Chorong whispered in his greeted teeth. In-yeop roughly removed Chorong's grip on his shirt and gave him his deadpan expression which irritated Chorong more.

"We needed protection," In-yeop answered.

"And you think the man can help us out? Are you insane?" Chorong raised his voice which earned eyebrow raises from the bodyguards standing by the entrance of the mansion.

"Are you two done? Mr. Yang doesn't have the whole day just for you," one of the bodyguards said which made the two boys look at him. In-yeop glared at the suited guy and walked towards the door. A string of curses escaped Chorong's mouth and with trembling hands, he followed his leader and he wishes the guy has a concrete plan or else they won't be able to leave the huge house in one piece.

"Hwang!" Mr. Yang, the number one enemy, and rival of Mr. Han greeted In-yeop energetically as he waits for them in his huge office. There is one side of the office which is only glass and it is overlooking the vast sea. Mr. Yang stood up from his swivel chair and gave In-yeop a tight hug which In-yeop immediately declined.

"You're as snob as before," Mr. Yang laughed at the guy's reaction and sat on the couch located in the middle of his office. "Have a seat."

When the two boys have settled, Mr. Yang asked and just cut to the chase. "Will you work with me now, In-yeop?" The old man said with a smirk on his lips.
