Tywin sat in the chair, rolling his eyes as he watched Cersei smash everything in sight. Jaime and Tyrion dodging all the projectiles that were flying through the air. Despite having no real desire to divulge the whereabouts of (Y/n) to the rest of the family, Tyrion couldn't help himself. He knew that the idea of (Y/n) being happy, would anger his sister to distraction. And now as he ducked to avoid yet another flying wine goblet, he knew his supposition was right.
He couldn't help but smile as soon as he, Bronn, and Sandor had returned to the Red Keep. (Y/n) had managed, in the best possible way, to defy not only her mother, but also the rest of the family. She had escaped her mother's tyranny, escaped her grandfather's plans to sell her for his own selfish ends. And even more, she had married the whoremonger.
"How dare she defy me! How dare she give herself to that man. I want the marriage annulled. I want her brought back here. How dare Baelish take my child from me." Cersei screamed, as she threw yet another goblet. The delicate vessel smashing into tiny pieces not far from Jaime's head.
"Please sister. This sudden pretense that you actually care for (Y/n) is not fooling anyone. The only thing you are missing are the fake tears. The whole of the Seven Kingdoms knows how you feel about your daughter, so no one is going to believe that you have just become a doting, and caring mother." Tyrion scoffed, as he managed to find a glass that had not yet been smashed and poured himself a drink.
"(Y/n) has been defying you all her life. She hates you just as much as you hate her. And the only reason that you are in such a rage is because she has spoiled your fun. And even worse, she is happy. Two fact's that must drive you insane." Tyrion continued, as he sat down, ignoring Cersei's continuing rant.
"I want the marriage annulled. She has brought the families name into disrupt. A Lannister nor a Baratheon can be seen to be married to a man like Baelish." Cersei insisted again, as she came to stand in front of her father. Hoping that the old lion would feel the same indignation as she did.
"The marriage will stand." Tywin announced calmly, as he finished his wine, and placed the glass on the table before him.
"But father..............." Cersei began to protest, Tywin holding up his hand to stop his daughter.
"You have what you wanted, Cersei. You wanted (Y/n) married off, she is married. You wanted (Y/n) to not be around your other children, (Y/n) is no longer in the Keep. And for once I find that I must unfortunately agree with your brother. You have brought this on yourself. Your treatment of the child has brought nothing but its own shame to the family. And despite the fact that I dislike the idea of a granddaughter of mine being married to a whoremonger. There is no arguing that Baelish is rich, and influential. A husband that is the Master of Coin can be seen as a good match." Tywin stated, as he got to his feet and made for the door. Doing his best to avoid the smashed glass and broken furniture as he went.
"But...........I believe that (Y/n) should at least return to the Keep so that her marriage can be celebrated in a way that befits her station. She is after all the oldest child of the King, a Baratheon. And as Lannisters, we have a reputation to maintain." Tywin told his three children before making his way out of the room.
"I think that is a wonderful idea." Tyrion chuckled, as Cersei turned to glare at him. Tyrion completely ignoring her, as he took another drink.
"It is only right that Robert's oldest child's marriage should be celebrated correctly. I mean, what will the other Houses think of you, dear sister, if (Y/n) isn't presented properly as a married woman to the rest of Westeros? It wouldn't look good for either the Baratheon's or ourselves. Now would it?" Tyrion continued, being quite aware that the idea of having a celebration for (Y/n) would make Cersei irate beyond words. But Tyrion also knew that Cersei would have to be seen to be the bigger person, if for no other reason than her own ego. That, and the idea that she could enter the celebration meant for her daughter and take the attention away from (Y/n), Tyrion knew would attract his sister to the idea all the more. But the little lion also knew his niece. Knew how much more intelligent than her mother she was. And no matter what Cersei tried, (Y/n) would always have the upper hand.
