I was feeling really down lately and apparently Toga and Dabi noticed it. They booked a trip and invited everyone from the league of villains to a beach resort.
I stared into the body mirror, looking at all my imperfections. Me and Toga had went out to buy swimsuits and went to the beach to help uplift my mood.
I chose a bikini, I haven't seen my body in a while. I was so use to wearing baggy clothing I forgot my body had a shape. I put on the swimsuit and looked in the mirror in disgust.
'If only I was like one of those super models everyone liked'
I sighed and put on a hoodie to cover my body. As I was putting on the hoodie I heard my bed room door open. The door flew open to reveal Dabi panting.
"I was looking all over for you" He said as he wrapped his arms around me, calming his breathing. He then let go of me and looked me up and down questioningly.
"Where's your swimsuit? I thought you and Toga went out shopping. Don't tell me she left you alone that damned bra-"
"No no we did get them. I'm wearing it now it's just I don't like it very much on me..." I said reassuring him.
'Don't want him getting pissed off at Toga again. Last time was a bit extreme'
"I'm sure it looks beautiful on you, can I see?" He cooed. I nodded slowly and unzipped my hoodie, regretting it instantly. I tried zipping it back up but before I knew it Dabi had caught my hand, preventing me from closing the hoodie.
"It's.....different. I like it, I've never seen you like this you know Y/N." He said. I sighed and avoided looking at the mirror.
Dabi must have caught on because he sat down, making me sit on his lap facing the mirror.
"Now Y/N what do you see?" He questioned referring to the mirror. I looked away and shrugged. He grabbed my face and turned my head looking in the direction of the mirror.
I closed my eyes not wanting to see the imperfections of my body.
"Y/N, what do you see in the mirror." Dabi repeated. This time in a much deeper voice. My eyes slowly opened as I opened my mouth.
"I see myself...." I said looking in the mirror.
"Good, and who are you to me?" He asked looking into my eyes from the mirror.
"I'm your girlfriend..." He nodded. And turned me around.
"And my girlfriend is the most beautiful, talented, amazing, and funniest I know. Y/N your amazing, you don't have to be perfect for everyone else, because your already perfect in my eyes." He said in the most comforting and genuine voice.
I felt the tears welling in my eyes as a tear rolled down my cheek. Dabi put his hand on my face and rested his forehead on mine.
"Y/N I love you" He said as he planted a kiss on my nose.
"Dabi, I love you. I love you so much more than you'll ever know." I said as many more tears rolled down my face.
