"DABII!!" I shook my best friend of 8 years awake. He opened his eyes as I opened the curtains revealing the beaming sun. He put his hands over his eyes and groaned.

"What the hell are you doing in here, and so early in the morning too." He said sitting up and running his bed head.

"You gave me the key to your apartment remember." I said showing him a smile as I swung the key around my finger. "Plus it's 4 in the afternoon. What have you been doing all night?"

Dabi started mumbling as I tried to straighten up his room a bit.

"Whatever just get ready, today is an important day we must make haste your majesty." I said mocking him as I was basically his maid at this point.

"Fuck off" He said sticking up his middle finger as I laughed.

"I see our 8 year anniversary means nothing to you." I said as I pretended to faint and flop on his bed.

"You say that as if we're dating." He said propping his arm on his leg. I flipped over so I was on my elbows and my hands laying against my cheeks.

"We could be." I said making a pouty face before winking at him. He threw a punch at me as I held up a pillow, making him punch the pillow.

"Wow someone's moody today." I said rolling my eyes.

"Come on I have a place I want to go today." I said before standing up and dusting myself off.

It took Dabi about 10 minutes to get ready, when he came out I was sitting on the couch flipping through tv channels to find Cartoon Network. I had a bowl of candy in my arms that I found somewhere in Dabi's kitchen. 

"Where did you even find that." Dabi said looking in the mirror.

"Oh you know I have my ways." I said finally finding the channel I wanted. Dabi shot a glare at me as I sighed and rolled my eyes.

"Kitchen left upper cabinet. Speaking of isn't this the candy that girl gave you, after you so coldly shut her down." I said remembering the incident.

"Yeah what about it." Dabi said looking at me.

"She called me a delinquent and a tomboy, can you believe that?! Just because I'm sarcastic doesn't mean I can be girly am I right." I said as I threw a piece of candy into my mouth. Unlike the girl this candy was actually enjoyable.

"You live in sweats and jeans Y/N, you also act like an over protective dog." Dabi said as he came over and pat my head.

"Who a good girl?" Dabi said as I glared at him.

"So I want to be comfortable, what's wrong with that? Plus you get confessed to every day of course I'd be protective of my friend of 8 years. Your last girlfriend was a bitch by the way." I said.

As I said that the tv cut off, I looked over to see it was Dabi who turned it off.

"Hey I was watching that!" I said as I pouted.

"You know I really hate you."
