MIDGARD was just another one fo the nine realms, even with the lack of respect that the next heir to the throne thought it had in respect to her desires to continue to make her conquests to increase the strength of Asgard. The humans that resided here in her opinion were of lacking qualities, though she required knowledge of their tactics and living in order to be a Queen one day. It was upon being sent on this visit that Hela is encountered with the two battling divisions of houses that are at one another's throats. A war that, prior to her arrival, had been in progress for over two years.
Residing in one of the opposing houses was Estelle. The daughter being used as her family's attempt to make amends with another ally in order to put an end to their battle. Going into the fields as she usually did in the grounds of the castle where she was most safe she came across the burnt etchings of a sigil strangely in the grasses. Finding the markings grange she didn't think to associate them with the woman coming forward to introduce herself to the girl.

• Estelle is unaware of where Hela is actually from and doesn't find out until the very end which makes it hard for her to believe for obvious reasons
• which she also hides by talking about her father and the throne but never actually that it's about Asgard
• mandatory masquerade ball for the preparation of the marriage and Estelle ends up sneaking off with Hela
• she is the middle child with an older brother currently on the battlefield and a younger brother that's closer in age to her
• her visit to Midgard was only meant to be short but she slowly finds the excuse to continue to visit simply for Estelle's company
• eventually her return to Asgard has to be permanent and she offers her to take her back with her
• ending isn't going to be happy considering Hela's banishment at that point & Odin disapproving of a midgardian living on Asgard so 🥲
