IN A DECADE where actors were becoming synonymous to the groups they were associated with, it was easy to fall into an almost unwanted spotlight from the amount of attention garnered for them. Brandy, having just appeared alongside Molly Ringwald as only a costar for Sixteen Candles barely had the ties to continue in the business and was beginning to fall into a rut of what she'd be able to achieve or not. Judd, however, was having the complete opposite experience especially after the high that came with both St. Elmo's Fire and The Breakfast Club.
The two meet through Ringwald at a New Year's party she was hosting casually, without realizing that they would have to eventually see each other again after being casted for Blue City coming out next year. Trying to keep a professional manner on set from her own self-doubts regarding her acting, Brandy'scostar proves to only be more than difficult to handle.
