potential OC name: Starr Rutherfurd
potential title: Material Girl / Bright Lights
love interest: Marty McFly, luv
setting: pre-trilogy; I - (??) III
plot:
PREFERRING to remain hidden away in the safety of the rich neighbors of Los Angeles she had grown accustomed to, the material girl strode into the small-town with practically a giant sigh begging for the attention she needed. As a request by her parents to ground herself into their business, she was asked to accompany her uncle on a property they'd recently bought in a town by the name of Hill Valley of which Starr's mother and brother had grown up in. Not having much of a choice, the girl was persistent on throwing a fit in regards to the matter the entire time she was asked to stay there looking to the developments of the mall complex that was being built.
Upon seeing the expensive Rolls Royce pulling into town on a trip to 7-11 with some members of his band, the boys set themselves on a course to see the surprise in store for them now. Each making a bet as to who could one) find out who the person was and two) if they were a girl, obviously get her number. A game Starr was happy to play in order to keep herself entertained.
song inspiration: • diamonds on the soles of her shoes by paul simon • love action ( i believe in love ) by the human league
notes:
• gah she's so snobby in the beginning it's annoying 🤧
• !!! lots of pinheads content since a lot of the story is primarily pre-trilogy since this starts roughly the summer of 1983
• best believe they're gonna try to show off with being in a ~band~
•but since she lives in a big city Starr will 10000% brag about going to toms of celebrity parties all the time
• she humbles herself, as cliché as it goes, when she officially moves into town and eventually her trips become only through the summer with her uncle
• literally is not phased by any of their charades to try and flirt with her and their struggles is 💀
• Marty definitely introduces her to Doc in an attempt to seem ~different~ and she ends up more confused on how bizarre a small town could be aha
• up to whoever takes it up to continue it as a series or leave it as just a pre-trilogy or up to the first film 🤧
