"Yn, you're the vice president of the student council, are you sure you've got enough time to waste your last year in high school being with your... silly ghostwriting club?" One of the officers in the student council asked,

"I don't want to waste my time stressing about meetings either, and the club isn't silly, it's doing great actually. You should come by later." Deciding not to let the topic stretch further, I said and left the room and into the club room.

"Yn, you've got a visitor~" Iwanami, president of the student council decided to come by and tease me. "Who is it?" She only smirked and motioned for me to go to my desk where a copper-haired girl sat in front of. My heartbeat started pacing faster as I stare at the girl's back.

"Well, what are you waiting for, vice president? Be of use to the lady you like." She whispered the last sentence in my ear. My hands started sweating, I started to get nervous but snapped myself out of it.

I walked up to her and sat in front, "Shirabu-san, how may I be of help?" I smiled at her, she immediately looked away. "Vice pres-"

"Yn is fine." I chuckled and got my laptop ready, "Yn-san.. okay, so I want you to write a.." Her voice going silent as she mouthed the last word, letter, I chuckled at her once again. "Is it for a boy? ..or a girl?"

"Doesn't matter.."

I got the typewriter under the table and took out a variety of paper.

"It's not that much different when it comes to computers since we'll ask what paper you want us to use but what do you want it to be?"

She finally turned forward, "Coffee stained, it'll fit with the envelope." I smiled at her while nodding. "This is so cute, I wonder who it's for.. probably Goshiki-kun, or maybe Semi." It was probably someone else outside the volleyball team but I couldn't help but feel upset that she already likes someone, she's probably also straight.

"Any more requests before we begin?" I ask while letting my fingers hover above the keys. "Is it okay if you type in second-person point of view?"

"Sure," She proceeded to tell me what she wanted the contents in the paper to be, as I typed, I began to feel like wanting to cry. She seemed like she was very interested, probably more than interest, in this person. "I should probably drop her.."

As I finished up the last of her requests, I finalized the paper with a little, "- Shirabu" and a hand-drawn heart, which I asked for permission obviously. She didn't take the time to read it, stood up, bowed, thanked me, and finally walked out giddily with a smile on her face.

"Yeahh, looks like you don't stand a chance." A hand that appeared on my shoulder startled me. "Tendou! How many times do I have to remind you not to do that.." I rubbed my forehead and he chuckled, taking his hand off me and sat in front of me.

"Anyways, I also have a request!" With a big smile on his face, he said. "Alright, what kind of-"

"No, not a paper. My request is that you... STOP BEING SO DENSE." He poked my forehead hard as if that would make me understand. "..what are you talking about? And poking my head won't make me understand!"

He sighed and stood up, "You'll know... later... I think." He shrugged and then laughed it off as he walked out of the club's room.

I roamed around the halls of the school once again to remind those students who are staying in late without reason to go home, and with that, I got to the gate.

"Yn-san!" My name was called multiple times, the sound of running on the ground made me turn my head. "Ah, Shirabu-san!" I gave her another smile, she crouched down for a few seconds to catch her breath and finally stood up properly while wiping her sweat.

"This... it's for you." She aggressively hands me a small regency letter. It was oddly familiar but I wasn't able to piece things together, "I have one more request.."

"Yeah?"

She took a deep breath before finally looking me in the eyes, "Please read it, right now.."

I nodded with a smile on my face and opened the letter carefully. It was the paper she asked for me to write for her, along with a neatly handwritten one.

"I hate you." Well, that wasn't what I was expecting...

"I hate how when you passed by me, my eyes landed on you in my first year, my heart suddenly had a brain and thought, 'Oh yeah, I want her and not a guy.' Actually, I don't hate you, I like you. I really, really like you so when you leave for college in a few months, please wait for me."

"Shirabu-san..."

SHIRABU'S PERSPECTIVE

She didn't laugh at how badly I wrote it and I was grateful, but she didn't smile either. Her mouth was agape, her eyes wide as she held on the paper and stared at it. "Does she like guys?" Thoughts that hurt me popped up in my head, she was probably straight.

But even with my head starting to fill up with regrets, I made the one move nobody would have expected and engulfed the much taller girl in a hug. "I really, really like you, Yn-san... if you feel the same way, hug me back and promise me you'll wait for me."

My lips quivering, my body shaking as well as my heart pounding as I finally told her how I felt about her. She chuckled.

YN'S PERSPECTIVE

I wrapped my arms around the girl and nodded, "I will gladly wait for you, Shirabu-san, even if it was a hundred years... So please wait for me, too." With a big, toothy smile on my face, I said and rested my head on hers as we both stood in front of the gate enveloping each other in a hug.
