Sonozaki, the second year treasurer and secretary in the student council, had asked for me to return some books we borrowed yesterday to the library since none of the three could do it.

I did it with a sigh and cursed the student council (and myself for joining) because of having only four members in total. Me, the kid in the council with an unnamed position. Sonozaki, the treasurer and secretary. Fuchizaki, the vice president and Sawaki, the president.

As I returned the books, I was called once more but by Sawaki. "Sorry for making you run around Yn-chan, but is it okay if you get one of those big dictionaries for us?" I understood their current situation as he was running around themself.

I nodded at his request and took upon the task of getting the dictionary, although, it was out of reach for me. I tiptoed and jumped multiple times but it was so much more higher up.

I looked around to see if there was a ladder anywhere until I had reached the back of the library, only to see that it was being used by two students making out with the girl sitting on the steps and a guy's hand inside her skirt. I groaned and tried to register their faces in my head before making a mental note to report them later.

I went around again and asked the ladies at the front only to be told that there was only one ladder - which was being used but I don't think I'll ever touch it again.

I sighed and went back to that shelf, the dictionaries were still high up but nobody was tall enough around to get it for me, so I took off my shoes and started carefully climbing to get the book only to slip.

I seemed to land on somebody's arms, "Glad I didn't break my back." I looked up, expecting to see a guy only to see a girl. I expected not to feel like anything but I did, my heart was beating very fast, and not to mention, she has really nice skin and a pretty face.

She put me down and I apologized, I faced her only to see her stomach, I looked up and there she was. "Curse my height."

She smirked as she looked down at me, "You're so short, are you even eating?" With a grin on her face, she chuckled. I gave her a sarcastic smile, "Yes, I am now since you're so tall, give me that dictionary." I said, pointing at the dictionary I have been trying to get for the past few minutes.

"Mm... you're not being so polite despite being in the student council, are you?" With a mocking tone, she said. My blood started to boil, but she was right. "Please, can you get that dictionary for me?"

She chuckled and got the dictionary, "Kay, here ya go, shortie."
