(a/n): I was able to get another chapter in since I wasn't busy today, so I hope you guys like it!❤️

Anakin POV:

"Wait, why does the Council need to see me?" I asked Obi-Wan who was walking beside me in the halls of the Temple.

He shrugged, "I don't know Anakin. All they told me was to bring you to discuss a matter of great importance." He said, emphasizing the last part.

I hummed in response, leaving the conversation there. If Obi-Wan is just as in the dark as me then this should be interesting. Maybe there's another mission? Although, missions are just an average day for us so that's probably not it.

We entered the Council room in silence, and I was surprised to see that most of the Council was here in their seats. Some people like Shaak Ti, Plo Koon and Ki-Adi-Mundi were shown as holograms since they were probably elsewhere for their own assignments. The other people that were actually in the room were Yoda, Mace Windu and Kit Fisto.

I could sense that Obi-Wan was just as confused as I was, and we were both looking around at everyone.

"Masters, what's going on?" I asked, feeling a little skeptical since so many of them were here. Usually it was only a full house if something bad happened, so I started to get nervous.

Mace spoke first, "We've had an.....unexpected revelation about the prophecy of the Chosen One." He said and gestured to me.

I rose an eyebrow and crossed my arms, "Okay, and what exactly is this revelation?"

This isn't what I expected the meeting to be about. I thought we already knew everything there is to know; that I'm the Chosen One who will bring balance to the force, obviously.

He sighed and went on, "Well, we thought the part about light colliding with darkness and becoming one was supposed to be about your own emotions and conflict, but it appears we were wrong. In this case, you are the light, Skywalker. And the darkness, is (y/n)."

Wait, what?

My eyes widened in shock and disbelief. That's not where I thought he was going with this. But to be fair, I didn't have any idea where this was going in the first place. I turned my head to Obi-Wan whose eyebrows were furrowed, looking just as confused by this as I was.

"What does (y/n) have to do with this?" Obi-Wan asked, crossing his arms.

Yoda spoke this time, "Felt a disturbance in the force, I have. Realized it was (y/n), I did, when she and Skywalker were separated."

He turned to look at me, "Before she left, tension between the two of you, I sensed. Kept growing, the disturbance did, as time passed."

Obi-Wan responded before I could, "Are you implying that when she and Anakin are apart, it creates a disturbance in the force? If that's the case, then why hasn't this happened before when they were separated for missions?" He asked.

Yoda shook his head, "Not the same, that is. One aspect, physical distance is. Emotional distance, is another aspect. Used the dark side of the force on Corellia, (y/n) did. Caused this, your broken connection did."

My blood started to run cold. Did he know about us or what we've done? I would assume not, since it hasn't been brought up but maybe he does know and doesn't think it's important right now. When he told me there was a disturbance in the force, I genuinely thought it was the Sith or something that's actually evil. I never would've thought that it was (y/n), my best friend and secret girlfriend. I could barely wrap my head around everything they were throwing at me.
