I can't be yours

It's been months since we have gotten back to Hogwarts, aka it's a week before Christmas and violet cries everyday for him. Some days are good where she recognizes that it was good for him to go and others she can't put two and two together where she messed up being a sister. She thinks it was her fault that he's abusive to drugs and alcohol, she thinks she disappointed him.

I tell her every other day when they are bad that it's not her fault and it never will be. She still doesn't believe me so I take her to the black lake and we sit by the water throwing rocks and laughing to cheer her up but she just wants him here and I do too.

We have been to a few parties here and there but they are never the same without Venus. It's always just awful and then violet gets drunk and throws up and it's over and over so we stopped going.

We sat in potions, our last class of the day as we were brewing Merlin knows what. I am not paying attention but violet and Jenna are giggling with each other making jokes. Noah walked in late, are we surprised.

"Mate you hate to show up on time." I laughed as he threw his bag down sitting in the seat next to me as we looked at the girls. The first time I have really seen Jenna smile in a while.

"Boys pass me the um- thing right there." V pointed to the book as I leaned over the table looking down seeing the ingredient.

"Anjelica." I laughed getting some and pushing it over to her as she mixed it all up. 

The headmaster walked in as all of our heads whipped to him as he stood in the doorway "May I see violet Malfoy?" Violet got up but weary as she walked over to the door.

The door shut as we continued finishing the potion and we were dismissed. I quickly walked out into the corridors wondering where violet went and why the headmaster needed her?

I turned the corner the an empty hallway and saw someone walking fast down it. I couldn't see so I quickly caught up seeing it was violet. I turned her around as her face was covered in mascara, her hands clutched onto her face like for safety but it wasn't helping. I quickly pulled her to me as her body shook from the tears.

"What happened v." I said softly as she looked up at me, her eyes were glossy.

"He um, he yelled and he got angry with someone there and they are keeping him longer- he was doing good! He was doing good right!?" She whispered as her voice cracked.

I stepped closer "V he was doing good, sometimes people get like that with addiction.." I hugged her again but she pulled away with her breathing unsteady.

"But- but he was supposed to be here for Christmas! He was supposed to be here, he's already been there for 6 months! And now, now he has to stay longer, Luna said another month and a half." She cried "I cant."

"Violet I am right here and I will take care of you I promise. He will be back, he's getting help. The help he needs.." I whispered as I walked her to my dorm.

She layed on the bed shaking before I handed her one of my jackets and sweatpants. She pulled the covers over her body "I just want him to come home." She whispered as i nodded bending over and brushing the hair out of her face.

"I have to go somewhere really quickly and I will be back and we can take a shower and sleep okay?" I walked over grabbing my coat as she nodded.

"I love you." She said as I touched the doorknob.

"I love you too." And after those words I was out and on my way to hogsmeade. I needed to get there quickly so I aparated from the courtyeard as I landed on the street. My boots hit the cobblestone under me as I walked through the streets in a Friday night. People were everywhere so hopefully no one will see me.

I turned the corner walking down the alleyway before I showed up in front of a rusty door as I knocked. The door latch quickly unlocked from the inside letting me in as manny stood there. "I need a favor." I barged in as light lined the walls and random ass pictures.

"What's up, need some new?" He asked.

"No, Venus, I need you if he ever comes by here to never let him in. Manny I need to trust you in this because you cannot sell to him anymore." I stated sternly as he scoffed but recognized that I was serious. "Look I know we have been with you for a while but I seriously need you to promise me this."

"Yeah yeah I won't, don't worry man." He patted me on the back as I let out a breath.

I know Venus would go through withdraws with being in the real world and I can't let him mess everything up for that.

I left and aparated back to Hogwarts as I walked through the corridors and up to my dorm. Violet was sitting on the bench in front of my bed and shot up immediately. "Where were you." She questioned as I took off my coat tilting my head.

"I told you I had to go somewhere." I said in a slow voice as she scoffed as she started walking around.

"Bullshit, tell me where you went not just that you went somewhere." She commanded as I let out a huff of air sitting down and pulling her to me as she looked down to me.

"I went to me and Venus's dealer," I breathed as she looked confused "Let me explain, everyone goes through withdraws when they aren't in a space that doesn't use them regularly. V all I am saying is that I warned manny not to open the door if Venus came by." I finished as her face relaxed and her eyebrows weren't frowned.

"Oh," she looked around the room before landing back on me below her, "Want to take a shower like you said?" She asked nodding to the open door in the bathroom as I nodded.

I got some clothes and stuff setting them on the counter before she started taking my sweatpants and shirt off. Her body was beautiful, like an angel that you could never touch because she's so angelic. She caught me staring and spoke up "It's rude to stare." She smiled as she turned on the water.

"Sorry yeah," I laughed before she smiled getting in. I opened the curtain and stood behind her. Her body layed on mine like they were the last puzzle pieces in the puzzle. Her hands held the side of my neck as I kissed her head. My hands held her hips as I saw her shut her eyes with the warm water pouring over the both of us.

I helped her wash her body as she did mine. She smiled, for the first time in a while and it made me think that I was actually doing something good with my life; helping her.

We stepped out as she was still smiling "what's up with you." I laughed as she laughed putting on her shirt and putting some toothpaste on her toothbrush.

"I am just really happy right now." She started brushing her teeth as I did too holding her hips behind her as I caught her staring at me in mirror.

We walked out and she walked over to my record player, picking out an album but she hid it from me putting the needle on it as the music started.

She got up from her crouching position and walked over to me as she grabbed my hands intertwining them together. Her body moved with the music as it filled the room.

She smiled and giggled as I pushed her into a dip kissing her before I twirled her across the room and she came back laying her body back in mine as we swayed with the upbeat music.
